Location: Loganville Family Dentistry | 3973 Atlanta Hwy Ste 100, Loganville, GA 30052 Schedule: Full Time (Monday - Friday) Compensation: W-2 Employment | 30% of Collections + Daily Guarantee During Ramp-Up Period Patient Mix: FFS + PPO Benefits Eligibility: Employees regularly scheduled to work 30+ hours per week may be eligible for benefits.

About the Role

We are looking for a provider committed to comprehensive dentistry, clinical excellence, and delivering an exceptional patient experience. This opportunity is ideal for a clinician who enjoys building long-term patient relationships, educating patients, and providing high-quality care in a collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

  • Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnoses
  • Develop and present treatment plans
  • Provide restorative, preventative, and emergency dental care
  • Educate patients on treatment options and oral health
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to deliver exceptional patient care
  • Build long-term patient relationships through trust and quality care

Requirements

Required

  • Implant Restorations
  • Implant Placement
  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Active Dental License in Georgia
  • DEA Registration (or ability to obtain)
  • Strong communication and patient education skills
  • Commitment to quality patient care
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Invisalign® Knowledge OR willing to obtain Invisalign certification at UDC's expense.
  • Implant Restoration Experience

Preferred

  • Implant Placement Experience
  • Cosmetic dentistry experience
  • Endodontic experience
  • Oral surgery experience
  • Experience practicing in PPO, Fee-for-Service, and/or Medicaid environments
