WORKING MODE: [In- office/Hybrid/Remote] for Vietnamese

YOUR MAIN MISSIONS

  • Design and develop end-to-end Generative AI and NLP solutions for real-world business problems.
  • Build and optimize solutions using LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, Transformers and deep learning.
  • Develop production-grade AI/ML models and applications using Python and PySpark.
  • Translate business requirements into practical AI/ML solutions and measurable outcomes.
  • Research and evaluate emerging GenAI technologies and apply them to relevant use cases.
  • Collaborate with AI engineers, data engineers, software engineers and business stakeholders.
  • Communicate technical concepts, approaches and results clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Work with Azure-based AI/data environments and database-oriented systems.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

- Must-have

  • 4+ years of professional experience in Data Science, AI/ML or a related field.
  • Internship, research and part-time experience are not counted toward the minimum experience.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Generative AI and prompt engineering.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Python and PySpark.
  • Experience building production-grade AI/ML solutions.
  • Practical experience with Azure.
  • Strong understanding of NLP, LLMs and modern AI/ML techniques.
  • Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving and business-oriented mindset.

- Nice to Have

  • Hands-on experience with LLM, RAG or Agentic AI.
  • Experience developing end-to-end GenAI applications.
  • Experience with healthcare, insurance, wellness or digital health.
  • Experience working with large-scale data or database-oriented systems.
  • Experience deploying and operating AI solutions in production.
