Sobre el Rol

Como Gerente Financiero Contable, será una pieza clave en la dirección de la compañía, asumiendo la responsabilidad integral de la gestión financiera y contable. Este rol estratégico implica no solo la supervisión de las operaciones diarias, sino también la provisión de análisis financieros profundos y recomendaciones que impulsen decisiones empresariales informadas. Buscamos un líder proactivo, con una fuerte capacidad analítica y un compromiso inquebrantable con la precisión y la ética profesional.

Responsabilidades

  • Supervisar y dirigir todas las operaciones contables, incluyendo el libro mayor, cuentas por pagar, cuentas por cobrar, nómina y cierre contable mensual y anual.
  • Elaborar y presentar estados financieros precisos y oportunos, asegurando el cumplimiento de las normativas contables vigentes (IFRS/GAAP).
  • Desarrollar y gestionar presupuestos, proyecciones financieras y modelos de flujo de caja para soportar la toma de decisiones estratégicas.
  • Administrar la tesorería y optimizar la gestión del capital de trabajo.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de todas las obligaciones fiscales y regulatorias.
  • Implementar y mantener un sistema robusto de control interno para salvaguardar los activos de la empresa.
  • Coordinar y gestionar las auditorías externas e internas.
  • Proporcionar análisis financieros detallados, identificar tendencias y ofrecer recomendaciones para la mejora del rendimiento y la rentabilidad.
  • Liderar, motivar y desarrollar al equipo de contabilidad y finanzas.

Requisitos

  • Título universitario en Contaduría Pública, Finanzas o campo relacionado. Se valorará positivamente la posesión de una certificación profesional (CPA o similar).
  • Mínimo de 10 años de experiencia progresiva en roles de liderazgo financiero y contable, con probada trayectoria en gestión de equipos.
  • Experiencia indispensable en empresas de consumo masivo, retail o alimentos.
  • Sólidos conocimientos de principios contables (IFRS/GAAP) y normativas fiscales.
  • Dominio avanzado de herramientas de gestión financiera y contabilidad (ERPs como SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  • Capacidad demostrada para el análisis financiero, la planificación estratégica y la resolución de problemas complejos.
  • Habilidades excepcionales de comunicación, liderazgo y gestión de personal.
  • Orientación a resultados, proactividad y un alto nivel de ética profesional.
