OBJETIVO DEL CARGO

Garantizar la gestión financiera eficiente y oportuna del contrato plurianual ejecutado en Colombia, específicamente en la región del Catatumbo, asegurando el cumplimiento de los lineamientos internos y de los requisitos del donante (Howard G. Buffet Foundation).

El cargo tendrá como propósito apoyar al equipo del proyecto y al Gerente de Proyecto HGBF en la planificación, proyección y ejecución financiera, proporcionando información financiera oportuna que contribuya a la toma de decisiones y a la adecuada gestión del contrato.

RESPONSABILIDADES GENERALES DEL CARGO:

  • Preparar y consolidar los presupuestos de los proyectos, de acuerdo con los procesos de HALO y los requisitos de los donantes.
  • Realizar seguimiento y revisiones periódicas a los presupuestos para garantizar una adecuada ejecución financiera.
  • Monitorear las variaciones de los gastos, identificar desviaciones significativas y comunicarlas oportunamente al equipo del proyecto.
  • Proporcionar capacitación, acompañamiento y mentoría continua a los equipos de terreno, en materia de seguimiento presupuestario y procesos financieros.
  • Revisar y confirmar la disponibilidad presupuestaria y viabilidad financiera de las compras presentadas al Comité de Compras, verificando su alineación con el presupuesto aprobado, las líneas presupuestarias correspondientes y las previsiones de gasto del proyecto.
  • Elaborar informes y estados financieros periódicos para las diferentes partes interesadas.
  • Gestionar y supervisar las transacciones financieras relacionadas con el proyecto.
  • Asegurar que los planes operativos se encuentren reflejados en los presupuestos, proyecciones y planes de ejecución del gasto.
  • Realizar seguimiento a las adquisiciones relacionadas con el proyecto y brindar asesoría financiera al Gerente de Proyecto.
  • Monitorear los gastos frente a los ingresos y proporcionar información para el proceso de disposición de efectivo.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de los términos, condiciones y requisitos financieros establecidos por la ley colombiana, HALO y de los donantes.
  • Elaborar proyecciones y reestimaciones financieras (reforecast) de acuerdo con las necesidades del proyecto.
  • Apoyar las actividades administrativas y financieras requeridas para la adecuada ejecución del contrato.

Requirements

  • Profesional con Maestría o especialización en Finanzas, Gestión Financiera, Administración, Contabilidad, Gerencia de Proyectos o áreas relacionadas.
  • Experiencia en gestión financiera, elaboración y seguimiento de presupuestos e informes financieros.
  • Experiencia en análisis y seguimiento de ejecución presupuestal y variaciones financieras.
  • Experiencia en el manejo de sistemas ERP.
  • Dominio de Excel avanzado y herramientas de Microsoft Office.
  • Inglés C1 o superior, indispensable.
  • Capacidad de organización y gestión de múltiples actividades y fechas límite.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y relacionamiento interpersonal.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar a otros países y a diferentes departamentos de Colombia.
