Objectivo da Função:

Assegurar a gestão global da loja, garantindo o cumprimento dos objectivos comerciais, a excelência no atendimento ao cliente e a adequada gestão da equipa, contribuindo activamente para o crescimento do negócio e para a identificação de novas oportunidades de venda.

Procuramos um profissional dinâmico, comercialmente orientado e com forte capacidade de iniciativa, capaz de assumir a loja como um negócio e de mobilizar a equipa para resultados.

Responsabilidades:

  • Gerir a operação diária da loja, assegurando o seu bom funcionamento;
  • Liderar, acompanhar e motivar a equipa, promovendo uma cultura de orientação para resultados;
  • Definir prioridades e distribuir tarefas, acompanhando o desempenho dos colaboradores;
  • Garantir elevados padrões de atendimento e experiência do cliente;
  • Acompanhar os objectivos de vendas e implementar acções para potenciar os resultados da loja;
  • Identificar oportunidades comerciais e desenvolver iniciativas para atrair, fidelizar e aumentar a carteira de clientes;
  • Conhecer os produtos e assegurar que a equipa possui informação adequada para aconselhar os clientes;
  • Acompanhar tendências de mercado, concorrência e preferências dos consumidores;
  • Assegurar a correcta apresentação da loja, exposição dos produtos e imagem do espaço;
  • Monitorizar stocks e necessidades de reposição;
  • Garantir o cumprimento dos procedimentos internos e das orientações da Direcção;
  • Elaborar e acompanhar indicadores de desempenho da loja;
  • Reportar regularmente resultados, desafios e oportunidades identificadas;
  • Contribuir com ideias e soluções para a melhoria contínua da operação e crescimento do negócio.

Requirements

  • Formação média ou superior, preferencialmente nas áreas de Gestão, Marketing, Vendas ou similares;
  • Experiência profissional em funções comerciais, vendas, atendimento ou gestão de equipas em pelo menos 5 anos;
  • Experiência anterior em retalho ou gestão de loja será valorizada, mas não constitui requisito eliminatório;
  • Capacidade demonstrada de liderança e gestão de pessoas;
  • Boa capacidade de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;
  • Privilegiaremos candidatos que demonstrem proactividade e iniciativa, forte orientação para o cliente, flexibilidade e capacidade de adaptação, responsabilidade e autonomia, maturidade e boa postura profissional.
  • Fluência na língua inglesa – preferencial;
  • Nacionalidade Moçambicana.
