Obtener un crecimiento sostenido de las marcas de lujo a cargo, a través del seguimiento a los lineamientos establecidos por la gerencia, mediante la ejecución de estrategias, con el fin de generar un mayor volumen de ventas, posicionamiento de las marcas y ejecución de los eventos.

Buscamos un/a profesional que provenga del sector de lujo, con conocimiento profundo de sus códigos, del comportamiento del consumidor premium y del manejo de marcas exclusivas, capaz de mantener y elevar el posicionamiento aspiracional de las marcas a cargo.

FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Ejecutar los planes definidos y comunicar al equipo de ventas y Trade Marketing las estrategias y lineamientos para las diferentes acciones.
  • Establecer el plan de mercadeo de las marcas a cargo y asegurar la correcta ejecución del presupuesto asignado.
  • Definir junto con el equipo de Trade Marketing las actividades comerciales y acciones de marca a ejecutar en los diferentes canales.
  • Ejecutar y controlar el presupuesto de A&P asignado para cada marca, así como gestionar el reembolso de inversión con las casas matrices.
  • Garantizar que los productos a cargo queden nacionalizados en los tiempos precisos para su correcta distribución.
  • Establecer y sugerir el stock necesario para asegurar el inventario adecuado de productos y garantizar oportunidad en las ventas.
  • Mantener una comunicación estrecha y constante con los clientes para identificar necesidades y tendencias del mercado de lujo.
  • Realizar rutas de mercado para conocer tendencias, ejecuciones en punto de venta y fortalecer el relacionamiento con clientes clave del canal premium.
  • Garantizar reuniones semanales con las casas asignadas para revisar reportes de ventas, acuerdos comerciales, ejecuciones, estrategias e inventarios.

Requirements

REQUISITO EXCLUYENTE:

- Experiencia previa comprobada trabajando con marcas de lujo o en el sector premium (moda, relojería, joyería, licores premium, automóviles de lujo, hotelería de lujo u otros segmentos afines). Es indispensable que el/la candidato/a provenga del mundo del lujo y conozca a fondo sus códigos, estándares de excelencia y el comportamiento del consumidor premium.
