The posting

Buscamos un/a Gerente de Proyecto de Construcción para trabajar presencialmente en Cabarete, República Dominicana, colaborando con nuestro equipo de proyectos dentro del área de desarrollo inmobiliario y construcción, con enfoque en proyectos de hospitalidad boutique.

Esta posición estará enfocada principalmente en la ejecución de la construcción, gestión de contratistas y cumplimiento del cronograma, participando también en el control de costos, gestión de riesgos y planificación del proyecto durante todo su ciclo de vida.

Para tener éxito en esta posición, debes contar con excelentes habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación y resolución de problemas. Buscamos una persona puntual, orientada al detalle y motivada por entregar proyectos a tiempo, dentro del presupuesto y con los más altos estándares de calidad.

Resondabilidades:

  • Apoyar en la planificación y programación de las actividades de construcción para garantizar la finalización oportuna del proyecto.
  • Coordinar con arquitectos, ingenieros y contratistas para asegurar que se cumplan los requerimientos del proyecto.
  • Apoyar los procesos de compras mediante la solicitud de cotizaciones y la negociación con proveedores y subcontratistas.
  • Dar seguimiento al avance del proyecto, identificar posibles retrasos y proponer acciones correctivas.
  • Monitorear los presupuestos de construcción, asegurando el control de costos y la precisión de los reportes financieros.
  • Apoyar en la preparación y revisión de contratos, órdenes de trabajo y órdenes de cambio.
  • Preparar y mantener la documentación del proyecto, incluyendo informes, cronogramas y minutas de reuniones.
  • Facilitar la comunicación entre las diferentes partes involucradas, asegurando la alineación con los objetivos del proyecto, resolver problemas relacionados con la construcción a medida que surjan y compartir actualizaciones periódicas sobre el desempeño del proyecto con el/la Senior Project Manager.

Requirements

  • Licenciatura o grado universitario en Ingeniería Civil, Gestión de la Construcción, Arquitectura o un campo relacionado.
  • Más de 6 años de experiencia comprobada en coordinación y gestión de proyectos de construcción.
  • Dominio de herramientas de gestión de proyectos, como Microsoft Project, Excel, Google Sheets y AutoCAD, así como de herramientas de análisis de datos, como Power BI y Looker Studio.
  • Experiencia en análisis de datos, incluyendo seguimiento de costos, métricas de desempeño del cronograma y elaboración de reportes de tendencias.
  • Dominio del inglés requerido para esta posición.

Sera Considerado un Plus

  • Experiencia previa trabajando en proyectos en el Caribe.
  • Experiencia en proyectos de hospitalidad y residencias de ultra lujo.
  • Conocimiento de códigos y normativas de construcción aplicables en la región del Caribe.
