Next Job Abroad is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a German Speaking Content Moderator to join our vibrant team in Malta, with fully paid relocation included! As a Content Moderator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all user-generated content complies with community standards. You will work diligently to promote online safety and maintain a positive user experience. If you are detail-oriented and have a passion for content moderation, we invite you to apply!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure adherence to safety and community guidelines.
  • Identify inappropriate content and escalate violations as necessary.
  • Document moderation activities and contribute to reports.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to optimize moderation procedures.
  • Keep up-to-date with content moderation trends and policy updates.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and strong proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
  • Previous experience in content moderation is an advantage, but not required.
  • Effective communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Willingness to embrace a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving guidelines.
  • Must be open to relocating to Malta and integrating into a supportive team.
