We're looking for a German-speaking Player Support Specialist to join a global gaming support team. You'll help players solve problems, navigate their accounts and get back to enjoying their games — while building valuable experience in the gaming and tech industry.

🎮 Your Role

As a Player Support Specialist, you'll be the person players turn to when something isn't working as expected.

You'll:

  • Support German-speaking players primarily via email
  • Help with account, gameplay and technical questions
  • Investigate issues and find the best possible solutions
  • Explain processes and solutions clearly and professionally
  • Make sure players receive a positive support experience

You'll receive training and ongoing support, so you don't need to be a gaming support expert from day one.
