Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer support to players in German, addressing inquiries via live chat, email, and phone.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve in-game issues, account problems, and technical difficulties with efficiency and empathy.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, fostering a positive and engaging player experience within the Gaming & Esports community.
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant departments, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Contribute to knowledge base articles and FAQs to empower players and reduce support volume.
  • Gather player feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements for game features and services.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge for all supported games and services.
  • Adhere to company policies and service level agreements to ensure consistent quality of support.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is essential for this role.
  • Valid EU passport is mandatory.
  • A genuine passion for Gaming & Esports and an understanding of player communities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and helpful demeanor.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with gaming platforms.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus.
