Unser Auftraggeber ist ein etabliertes und führendes Planungsunternehmen mit mehreren Standorten in Deutschland und Teil einer erfolgreichen Unternehmensgruppe im Bereich der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung. Mit einem hochqualifizierten Team werden anspruchsvolle Großprojekte – v. a. im öffentlichen Sektor wie Krankenhäuser, Flughäfen, Schulen – in der Elektro-, Licht-, Kommunikations- und Versorgungstechnik geplant und umgesetzt. Wir suchen eine kommunikationsstarke und führungserfahrene Persönlichkeit zur Übernahme der technischen und operativen Verantwortung am Standort sowie zur Weiterentwicklung des Teams und der Unternehmensprozesse.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Operative Leitung der Standorte inkl. Verantwortung für Projekte, Personal, Budget und Qualität
  • Führung und Entwicklung eines interdisziplinären Teams aus Fachplanern, Projektleitern und Technikern
  • Steuerung der Projekte über alle HOAI-Leistungsphasen hinweg
  • Repräsentation des Unternehmens nach außen und Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen
  • Enger Austausch mit der Geschäftsführung der Holding und strategische Mitgestaltung des weiteren Wachstums
  • Etablierung einer modernen, motivierenden Führungskultur

Requirements

Ihre Qualifikation

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Gebäude- oder Versorgungstechnik oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Projektleitung und/oder operativen Unternehmensführung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der elektrotechnischen Gebäudeausrüstung und HOAI
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, Führungskompetenz und ein gutes Gespür für Menschen
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Umsetzungsfähigkeit und Freude an Veränderung
  • Idealerweise regionale Vernetzung im Raum Stuttgart und Freiburg
