The posting

MISSIONS 🎯

  • Maintenir à jour des bases d’anomalies/amélioration sur les activités de Gestion de Configuration Logiciel jusqu’à leur résolution dans une version logicielle ;
  • Mettre en place et assurer la mise à jour des arbres produit dans les outils de gestion du cycle de vie des produits (Windchill, JIRA/SCOPE) ;
  • Préparer et animer des réunions avec les équipes techniques en vue de faire évoluer le statut d’avancement des corrections d’anomalies et de l’implémentation d’évolution dans le produit livré par le projet ;
  • Créer et publier la documentation technique (ex : CIDL, ABCL, …) en lien avec le produit livré par le projet ;
  • Définir et déployer des indicateurs selon les besoins projets et les mettre à jour ;
  • Rédiger, mettre à jour et archiver des procédures opérationnelles et le plan de gestion de configuration pour chacun des projets ;
  • Réaliser des actions d’audit d’intégrités à la demande du responsable de gestion de configuration ;
  • Effectuer des actions de support auprès des utilisateurs ; Former et supporter sur les process de gestion de configuration et d’utilisation outil ;

Requirements

PROFIL SOUHAITE 💎

Important : une habilitation Secret France et Confidentiel UE sera requise pour cette activité, vous devrez donc remplir les critères pour l’obtenir.

Savoir-faire:

Nous sommes ouverts à la candidature de profils débutants, cependant les compétences techniques et le savoir-être seront primordiaux dans l’étude des profils de candidats.

Une bonne maitrise des outils informatiques est indispensable pour le poste proposé.

Compétences attendues :

  • Maitrise d’outils souhaité : JIRA/SCOPE, Windchill, Excel, Github/Gitlab, langage VBA
  • La maitrise de l’anglais est un plus non négligeable auquel nous serons attentifs
  • Connaissance en Export Control & licence Compliance est un plus …

Savoir-être :

Vous aurez la gestion en autonomie d’un ou plusieurs projets pour le compte de notre client et travaillerez au sein d’une équipe multiculturelle, vous devez donc faire preuve :

  • d’autonomie et d’une bonne capacité à gérer les priorités,
  • de rigueur et d’organisation,
  • d’une bonne capacité d’analyse,
  • d’une bonne capacité de communication et à travailler en équipe,

Connaissance linguistique :

  • Un bon niveau d'anglais
