Notre équipe est responsable de faire évoluer notre offre de mobilité vidéo afin de répondre aux besoins d’un marché en pleine transformation. Nous développons des solutions qui permettent à nos clients d’améliorer leurs opérations, leur sécurité et leur efficacité sur le terrain. Dans ce contexte, nous cherchons à renforcer notre capacité à définir une stratégie produit claire et à prioriser les besoins les plus importants du marché afin de guider l’évolution de notre feuille de route.

En tant que Gestionnaire de produit – Mobilité vidéo, vous jouerez un rôle central dans la définition de la vision produit de ce portefeuille. Vous apporterez une solide compréhension des solutions vidéo ainsi qu’une bonne connaissance du secteur du transport collectif, notamment dans les segments du train, de l’autobus urbain et de l’autobus scolaire. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de recherche et développement, de ventes et de marketing, ainsi qu’avec nos partenaires, afin d’aligner les priorités produit sur les besoins du marché et les objectifs d’affaires.

Votre journée en un coup d'oeil :

  • Élaborer la feuille de route de la mobilité pour sa génération actuelle, les changements à venir et la prochaine génération de capacités matérielles et logicielles
  • Rassembler, évaluer et documenter les demandes du marché, les opportunités et les demandes de fonctionnalités, tant stratégiques que tactiques, pour l'évolution des produits existants ou nouveaux, et les transformer en éléments réalisables pour l'équipe R&D
  • Développer des offres de produits commerciaux pour les adapter à des secteurs industriels et/ou à des marchés régionaux spécifiques
  • Être responsable de l'entretien et du développement des outils de vente
  • Fournir un soutien technique en vente pour les questions liées au déploiement et à la conception des systèmes embarqués
  • Collaborer avec le marketing à la production de contenu de formation interne et externe pour la gamme de produits.
  • Agir comme évangéliste interne et externe pour nos solutions de mobilité

Ce qui fait de vous un excellent candidat :

  • Expérience en gestion de produit dans un environnement technologique
  • Profil hybride combinant pensée stratégique, compréhension technique et capacité à traduire des besoins d’affaires en orientations produit concrètes
  • Bonne compréhension des solutions vidéo, de la vidéosurveillance ou de technologies connexes
  • Expérience ou connaissance concrète du domaine du transport collectif, notamment dans les environnements d’autobus urbains et de trains
  • Capacité démontrée à définir une stratégie de produit et à prioriser une feuille de route en fonction des besoins des clients et des opportunités de marché
  • Excellentes aptitudes d’analyse, de synthèse et de prise de décision
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en collaboration au sein d’un environnement multidisciplinaire
  • Capacité à influencer et à rallier des parties prenantes issues de différentes équipes
  • Excellentes aptitudes en planification et en gestion des priorités
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs sujets en parallèle tout en maintenant un bon équilibre entre la vision à long terme et l’exécution
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit

Un atout si vous avez :

  • Baccalauréat en génie logiciel ou en développement logiciel
  • Expérience avec des solutions embarquées, connectées ou déployées sur des flottes de véhicules
  • Connaissance des réalités opérationnelles propres aux sociétés de transport collectif
  • Expérience en environnement B2B avec des clients, partenaires, intégrateurs ou opérateurs
  • Familiarité avec des produits combinant logiciel, matériel et écosystème partenaire
  • Expérience dans le domaine de la sécurité physique ou dans un marché adjacent

Your team’s dynamic:

Our team is responsible for evolving our video mobility offering to meet the needs of a rapidly changing market. We develop solutions that help our clients improve their operations, safety and efficiency on the ground. In this context, we want to strengthen our ability to set a clear product strategy and prioritize the most important market needs to guide the development of our roadmap.

As a Product Line Manager – Video Mobility, you'll play a central role in shaping the product vision for this portfolio. You'll bring a solid understanding of video solutions as well as good knowledge of the public transport sector, especially in the train, city bus, and school bus segments. You'll work closely with R&D, sales, and marketing teams, as well as our partners, to align product priorities with market needs and business goals.

Your day at a glance:

  • Developing the mobility roadmap for its present generation, coming changes, and the next generation of hardware and software capabilities
  • Gather, evaluate and document market demands, opportunities and feature requests, both strategic and tactical, for existing or new product evolution and make them actionable items for the R&D team
  • Develop commercial product offerings to tailor the offering to specific industry and/or regional markets;
  • Be responsible for the maintenance and development of technical sales tools
  • Provide technical sales support for questions related to the deployment and design of on-board systems
  • Collaborate with marketing to produce internal and external training content for the product line
  • Serve as internal and external evangelist for our mobility solutions

What makes you a great fit:

  • Product management experience in a tech environment
  • A hybrid profile combining strategic thinking, technical understanding, and the ability to translate business needs into concrete product directions
  • Good understanding of video solutions, video surveillance or related technologies
  • Experience or hands-on knowledge of public transport, particularly in urban bus and train settings
  • Proven ability to define a product strategy and prioritize a roadmap based on customer needs and market opportunities
  • Excellent analytical, synthesis and decision-making skills
  • Great communication and collaboration skills in a multidisciplinary environment
  • Ability to influence and rally stakeholders from different teams
  • Excellent planning and prioritization skills
  • Able to handle multiple topics at once while keeping a good balance between long-term vision and execution
  • Fluent in French and English, both verbal and written

An asset if you have:

  • Engineering degree in electrical engineering or software development.
  • Experience with embedded, connected solutions or deployed on vehicle fleets
  • Knowledge of operational realities specific to public transport companies
  • Experience in a B2B environment with clients, partners, integrators or operators
  • Familiarity with products combining software, hardware and partner ecosystems
  • Experience in physical security or in an adjacent market
