Your day at a glance:

Contract Ownership & Management

  • Ensure ongoing compliance with contract terms, eligibility rules, and reporting obligations specific to each vehicle.
  • Maintain accurate, audit-ready contract documentation, pricing schedules, and records.

  • Assess how these contracts are currently sold, tracked, and recorded, and document the gaps, risks, and challenges.
  • Recommend and drive a target operating model to scale and expand transactions through these vehicles.
  • Define the standards, playbooks, controls, and SOPs that turn contract management into a repeatable discipline.
  • Actively pursue opportunities to grow revenue and transaction volume through existing contract vehicles, and evaluate the fit of new ones.

Systems, Data & Governance

  • Partner with technical business system owners to define how contracts, pricing, and obligations should be structured and recorded in CRM and related systems.
  • Establish data standards, naming conventions, and workflows so contract data is accurate, complete, and reportable.
  • Guide system enhancements, configuration, and automation that support contract governance and reduce manual effort.
  • Ensure records remain audit-ready and aligned with internal governance and external compliance requirements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Sales, Pricing, Product, and Operations to align contract execution with commercial and compliance goals.
  • Advise leadership on contract strategy, risk exposure, and expansion opportunities.
  • Coordinate reviews and approvals across stakeholders and keep them informed of obligations and achievement.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Produce reporting and dashboards on contract performance, obligations, renewals, and compliance status.
  • Monitor key metrics, service levels, and deadlines, and escalate risks proactively.
  • Maintain the documentation, templates, and job aids that support consistent contract management.

What makes you a great fit:

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
