The posting

  • Participer à l’équipe des soumissions responsable de la coordination, de l’exécution, de la gestion et de la livraison des propositions.
  • Assurer l’alignement des soumissions avec les thèmes gagnants définis.
  • Identifier les facteurs différenciateurs organisationnels contribuant à augmenter la probabilité de succès.
  • Analyser les documents d’appel d’offres (RFP, RFI, etc.) afin de comprendre les exigences, identifier les besoins du client et les traduire en stratégie et contenu de soumission.
  • Définir une stratégie de soumission permettant de répondre aux exigences clients de manière rentable, en tirant parti des technologies clés et des produits commerciaux (COTS).
  • Diriger l’élaboration des soumissions et présenter les revues à la direction.
  • Produire des soumissions de qualité dans les délais requis tout en assurant la réutilisation et la cohérence des contenus.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes Ventes, Marketing, Gestion de projets et fonctions techniques lors de la préparation et de la validation des soumissions.
  • Préparer les bases d’estimation et les comparaisons en soutien à l’analyse et à la justification des coûts.
  • Identifier, quantifier et suivre les risques des programmes, et recommander des mesures d’atténuation.
  • Élaborer les échéanciers de programmes en collaboration avec la gestion des programmes.
  • Négocier et valider la répartition du travail entre les sites internationaux.
  • Interagir avec les clients au besoin.
  • Contribuer aux initiatives de croissance et d’amélioration continue.

Qualifications minimales

  • Baccalauréat en génie ou expérience équivalente.
  • Minimum de 7 ans d’expérience pertinente dans un environnement de haute technologie.
  • Capacité à analyser rapidement des systèmes complexes combinant matériel et logiciel.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités avec supervision minimale dans un environnement dynamique.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en présentation.
  • Solides compétences organisationnelles et sens des affaires.
  • Capacité démontrée à travailler dans un contexte d’ambiguïté et à prendre des décisions éclairées.
  • Approche orientée client avec compétences en négociation.

Qualifications souhaitées

  • Connaissance générale des simulateurs de vol et/ou des aéronefs.
  • Connaissance des produits et services Défense et Sécurité (D&S).
  • Expérience dans la préparation de soumissions de complexité comparable.
  • Capacité à innover et proposer des approches adaptées aux besoins clients.
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication orale et écrite (français et anglais) : La maîtrise de l'anglais est requise pour ce poste, car il implique la participation à des réunions et projets ayant une portée internationale, ainsi que des interactions avec des collègues ou clients situés dans d'autres provinces ou pays.
