The posting

Ce poste vise à fournir un soutien technique et métallurgique à la fonderie de moulage, incluant le développement de nouveaux programmes et l'appui des programmes existants.

Les responsabilités comprennent la définition des priorités, l'atteinte des objectifs de processus et de produits, la gestion des ressources en ingénierie et équipements, la distribution des tâches, et l'assistance aux départements d'ingénierie et de fabrication. En outre, ce rôle coordonne des enquêtes pour améliorer la qualité, optimiser les coûts, et garantir la livraison de pièces moulées de haute qualité dans les délais impartis.

Responsabilités Principales :

  1. Gestion et optimisation des procédés métallurgiques

Pour garantir une amélioration continue, réduire les gaspillages et abaisser les coûts d'exploitation, il/elle s'assure de la révision et de la gestion efficace des processus métallurgiques :

  • Organiser des projets et études analytiques pour tester de nouvelles applications en ingénierie.
  • Servir d'autorité technique sur les projets de moulage, valider les modifications et proposer des solutions.
  • Élaborer et coordonner les horaires de l'équipe d'ingénierie des procédés.
  • Recommander des recherches et projets techniques.
  • Identifier et analyser des problèmes complexes, initier des enquêtes et proposer des solutions.
  • Contrôler les variables de processus pour garantir les qualités métallurgiques spécifiées.
  • Interagir avec les clients pour résoudre leurs préoccupations techniques et de qualité.

2-Assurer une supervision efficace, une direction, une formation, un coaching et un développement du personnel afin d'atteindre les résultats escomptés.

3-Respecter les valeurs et le code d'éthique de l'entreprise.

4-Respecter les programmes d'environnement, de santé et de sécurité de l'entreprise:

  • Comprendre et respecter les règles et règlements ESS de l'entreprise.
  • Porter les équipements de protection requis.
  • Signaler les dangers pour la sécurité, les actes dangereux et tout accident conformément aux procédures de l'entreprise.

Qualifications et Compétences Requises

Techniques

  • Compétences de base en informatique.
  • Résolution de problèmes.
  • Capacité à lire et interpréter des dessins techniques.
  • Analyse SPC et analytique.
  • Connaissance des processus d'investissement en aluminium et des techniques d'expérimentation.
  • Capacité à définir des problèmes, collecter des données, établir des faits et tirer des conclusions valides.
  • Une expérience dans les méthodes de moulage par investissement ou autres est préférée.
  • Bilinguisme en français et en anglais, à l'écrit et à l'oral.
  • Compétences en rédaction de rapports, correspondances et manuels de procédures.
  • Capacité à communiquer clairement et à répondre efficacement aux questions.
  • Baccalauréat en ingénierie avec une spécialisation en ingénierie métallurgique ou en science des matériaux, ou expérience équivalente combinée à une formation continue en cours techniques.
