À ce titre, nous recherchons un(e) Gestionnaire Technique en alternance pour rejoindre notre équipe et participer à notre développement sur le marché français. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la gestion quotidienne et la satisfaction de nos résidents.

Responsabilités

Rattaché(e) au Gestionnaire Technique, vos principales missions seront de :

A ce titre, vous aurez pour missions principales :

  • Assurer un traitement réactif et rigoureux des demandes techniques, suivre les interventions en temps réel pour optimiser les délais de traitement,
  • Réaliser des diagnostics précis pour évaluer les besoins de travaux, mettre en oeuvre les actions nécessaires pour maintenir un niveau de confort et de qualité conforme aux attentes des usagers
  • Piloter des contrats d'entretien en lien avec les prestataires,
  • Planifier et le contrôle de la qualité des travaux réalisés par des tiers, en respectant les délais et le budget prévu,
  • Gérer des démarches administratives liées aux commandes, abonnements et contrats de maintenance,
  • Valider et suivre des factures pour garantir une gestion budgétaire précise et un bon contrôle des coûts,
  • Engager un dialogue régulier avec les Résidences Manager pour mieux comprendre les besoins, évaluer leur satisfaction et ajuster les services en conséquence.

Requirements

Profil recherché

  • Vous préparez une formation de niveau Bac+2 à Bac+5 (type BTS/DUT, Licence professionnelle ou Master) dans le domaine de la gestion technique, de la maintenance, de l’immobilier ou de la gestion de patrimoine.
  • Vous avez un intérêt marqué pour le secteur du logement étudiant, la gestion technique et la relation avec les usagers.
  • Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, votre sens de l’organisation et votre capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités en même temps.
  • Vous faites preuve d’autonomie tout en appréciant le travail en équipe et la collaboration avec différents interlocuteurs (résidents, prestataires, collègues).
  • Vous possédez de bonnes compétences en communication écrite et orale, et savez adapter votre discours selon vos interlocuteurs.
  • Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques (Pack Office, notamment Excel) et êtes à l’aise avec les systèmes de gestion informatisés.
