Καθώς συνεχίζουμε να επεκτείνουμε την παρουσία μας και να αναβαθμίζουμε τις υπηρεσίες μας, αναζητάμε Μάγειρα Β’/Γ’ για τις Gold Class αίθουσές μας στο The Mall Athens.

Ως μέλος της ομάδας μας, θα βρίσκεσαι πίσω από τις πιο ξεχωριστές γαστρονομικές εμπειρίες των επισκεπτών μας, δημιουργώντας γευστικά πιάτα που εντυπωσιάζουν. Κάθε πιάτο ακολουθεί συγκεκριμένες συνταγές και παρουσίαση, και ο ρόλος σου είναι να τα υλοποιείς με ακρίβεια, ταχύτητα και δημιουργικότητα. Είτε πρόκειται για πιάτα που σερβίρονται κατά τη διάρκεια προβολών, είτε για snacks σε παιδικά πάρτι ή για catering ιδιωτικών εκδηλώσεων, θα φροντίζεις ώστε κάθε παρασκευή να είναι άψογη τόσο σε εμφάνιση όσο και σε γεύση.

Requirements

  • Προετοιμασία των πρώτων υλών σύμφωνα με τις προδιαγραφές του μενού.
  • Παρασκευή ζεστών και κρύων πιάτων (finger food, burgers, appetizers, desserts) με ακρίβεια και ταχύτητα.
  • Επιμέλεια του στησίματος των πιάτων ώστε να ανταποκρίνονται στην "Gold Class" αισθητική.
  • Συντονισμός με την ομάδα για την έγκαιρη παράδοση των παραγγελιών εντός των χρονικών πλαισίων της προβολής ώστε οι επισκέπτες να μην χάνουν στιγμή της ταινίας τους
  • Τήρηση των κανόνων υγιεινής (HACCP) και διατήρηση της καθαριότητας του χώρου εργασίας και του εξοπλισμού.
  • Παρακολούθηση των αποθεμάτων και ενημέρωση του Cinema Manager για ελλείψεις.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο σχολής Μαγειρικής Τέχνης (Ελλάδας ή εξωτερικού).
  • Τουλάχιστον 1-2 χρόνια προϋπηρεσίας σε αντίστοιχη θέση (εστιατόριο, ξενοδοχείο ή catering).
  • Καλή γνώση των κανόνων ασφάλειας τροφίμων και υγιεινής.
  • Ικανότητα εργασίας υπό πίεση (high volume service) και πνεύμα συνεργασίας.
  • Δυνατότητα απασχόλησης σε κυλιόμενο ωράριο (απογεύματα, Σαββατοκύριακα και αργίες).
