Job Title: Graphic Designer & Social Media Coordinator

Type: Independent Contractor | Part-Time/Full-Time

Location: Remote | Taiwan, China, Philippines

About Us

The Law Offices of Sabrina Li, P.C. is a leading, full-service U.S. immigration law firm with offices in Los Angeles, Pasadena, Santa Ana, and Dallas, as well as international operations across Asia, Africa, and Central and South America. We are dedicated to helping individuals, families, and businesses navigate complex legal challenges with skill, compassion, and integrity.

We are proud to be recognized as a 2025 Inc. Best Workplaces honoree, a distinction that reflects our intentional investment in our people and workplace culture. Our firm prioritizes professional development, clear career pathways, and a culture of accountability and respect—creating a workplace where high performers can build meaningful, long-term careers.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized Graphic Designer & Social Media Coordinator to develop polished visual content and help manage the firm's social media presence. This role combines hands-on design with content planning, coordination, scheduling, and quality control across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.

The ideal candidate has strong aesthetic judgment and can independently create professional, cohesive materials that reflect the credibility of a U.S. law firm. You will build monthly content calendars, produce and adapt graphics for multiple platforms, coordinate internal reviews and approvals, schedule content, and confirm that posts are published accurately and on time.

If you combine excellent design execution with reliable project management and thoughtful use of AI and professional design tools, you will thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Brand Management

  • Create professional, clean, sophisticated, and visually cohesive designs that consistently reflect the firm's brand standards.
  • Design social media graphics, website banners, blog featured images, client success story graphics, Google Ads creatives, thumbnails, email marketing graphics, brochures, flyers, posters, infographics, presentations, event materials, business cards, templates, logos, and other brand assets.
  • Apply strong principles of typography, spacing, visual hierarchy, color coordination, composition, and brand consistency across all deliverables.
  • Adapt designs to the dimensions, formats, audiences, and presentation styles required by different digital and social media platforms.
  • Create and maintain editable templates and well-organized design files and brand assets for efficient reuse and collaboration.
  • Complete basic photo editing and image retouching and, where applicable, create short-form videos, Reels, captions, subtitles, and thumbnails.

Social Media Planning & Coordination

  • Develop balanced monthly social media content calendars based on the firm's priorities, campaigns, legal topics, and audience needs.
  • Schedule and publish content on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn using Meta Business Suite or comparable social media management tools.
  • Coordinate captions, graphics, videos, deadlines, internal review, approval status, and publication dates to keep content production on schedule.
  • Adapt the same core topic for each platform while maintaining consistent branding and tailoring the format and presentation to the relevant audience.
  • Review spelling, formatting, images, links, dimensions, and brand consistency before publication, and confirm that scheduled content is published correctly and on time.
  • Monitor basic social media performance metrics and use findings to support improvements to future content.

AI, Production & Workflow Management

  • Use AI-assisted design, image-generation, and content-development tools responsibly to support ideation, production, and workflow efficiency.
  • Review, edit, and refine AI-generated materials to correct inaccuracies, visual defects, inconsistent branding, and other quality concerns before submission.
  • Protect confidential company and client information by following firm guidelines when using AI and other third-party platforms.
  • Manage multiple assignments and deadlines, communicate progress regularly, raise potential delays in advance, and complete revisions accurately and promptly.
  • Collaborate with the U.S.-based team, respond professionally to feedback, and maintain reliable communication throughout each project.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, social media coordination, digital marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • A strong professional portfolio demonstrating excellent visual judgment, original design ability, and experience creating materials for digital and social media channels is required.
  • Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Photoshop, including the ability to create and maintain editable templates, is required.
  • Strong understanding of typography, spacing, visual hierarchy, color, composition, and brand consistency.
  • Demonstrated experience creating monthly social media content calendars and scheduling or publishing content on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Experience with Meta Business Suite or another social media scheduling platform.
  • Proficiency with AI-assisted design and image-generation tools, together with the ability to independently review and refine AI-generated work.
  • Basic PowerPoint design, photo-editing, and image-retouching skills; short-form video-editing skills are preferred.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, or comparable professional design software is preferred.
  • A degree in graphic design, visual communication, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required for candidates with a strong portfolio and relevant practical experience.
  • Experience supporting a law firm, professional-services business, healthcare organization, or another regulated industry is preferred.
  • Professional working proficiency in English is required. Mandarin Chinese is strongly preferred for candidates based in Taiwan or Mainland China; Spanish is helpful but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, organization, communication, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable computer, internet connection, and access to the design software required to perform the role.

Why Join Our Team?

  • Stable, remote opportunity to work with a well-established U.S.-based law firm that values quality, creativity, accountability, and innovation.
  • Opportunity to shape and strengthen the visual identity and social media presence of a growing international firm.
  • Part-time or full-time arrangement based on experience, capabilities, availability, and business needs.
  • Competitive compensation based on experience, portfolio quality, schedule, and scope of responsibilities.
  • Fully remote role within a diverse global team.
  • Structured onboarding, clear expectations, and collaborative feedback.
  • Stable, long-term opportunity with room to expand responsibilities based on performance.
  • Supportive work environment built on accountability, continuous improvement, and professional development.
  • Thoughtful company culture, including birthday recognitions and team appreciation initiatives.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
