GREENKEEPING OPERATOR / SENIOR (MANUTENZIONE CAMPO DA GOLF)

Riportando direttamente all'Assistant Golf Course Superintendent, ti occuperai della cura e valorizzazione del percorso da golf e delle aree verdi della tenuta:

  • Manutenzione del Manto Erboso: Esecuzione di interventi avanzati quali taglio di precisione, rullatura, topdressing, carotaggio e cura dei bunker.
  • Gestione della Flotta Aziendale: Utilizzo attento e manutenzione ordinaria di macchinari specifici per il campo (tosaerba, trattori, veicoli utilitari e attrezzature da golf).
  • Set-Up del Campo: Preparazione del percorso di gioco tramite spostamento buche, posizionamento dei tee marker e controllo della qualità delle superfici.
  • Gestione Idrica e Trattamenti: Irrigazione manuale, controllo dell'umidità del suolo e applicazione sotto supervisione di fertilizzanti, ammendanti e prodotti fitosanitari in totale sicurezza.
  • Decoro e Monitoraggio: Segnalazione tempestiva di problematiche fitosanitarie o anomalie delle attrezzature, mantenendo pulizia e ordine tra camminamenti, terrazze e locali tecnici adibiti a deposito.

Requirements

  • Esperienza: Pregressa manutenzione di campi da golf o cura professionale di tappeti erbosi di alto livello. Titoli o qualifiche in ambito agronomico costituiscono elemento preferenziale.
  • Competenze Tecniche: Capacità e sicurezza nell'utilizzo delle principali attrezzature e macchinari specifici per la manutenzione del verde.
  • Lingue: Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
  • Soft Skills: Attenzione ai dettagli, precisione, spirito collaborativo e rispetto delle norme di sicurezza e sostenibilità ambientale.
