Life Inside ZEUS Hotels & Resorts

Every day is a new opportunity to make someone feel welcome.

Some moments are fast-paced — arrivals, departures, special requests. Others are quieter, focused on maintaining order, cleanliness, and comfort. In both, your presence makes a difference.

You will be part of a team that works behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly — so guests experience only ease, elegance, and care.

What you’ll do

  • Maintain cleanliness and order in guest corridors, hallways, and public areas
  • Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and polish surfaces
  • Collect and remove trash and debris, following recycling and disposal procedures
  • Assist with luggage handling and guest arrivals/departures
  • Support room setup, turndown service, and delivery of requested items
  • Respond to guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
  • Collaborate with Housekeeping and Front Office teams
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
  • Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning equipment and materials

Requirements

Your uniqueness is welcome

Great Hotel Grooms are more than support staff — they are ambassadors of comfort, care, and attention. If you enjoy helping others, working with consistency, and contributing to a beautiful environment, you will thrive in this role.

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and high standards of presentation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical stamina for active, hands-on work
  • Flexibility to work different shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of safety and sanitation procedures is an advantage

  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • Professional growth opportunities within the Group
  • A supportive and collaborative team environment

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

The numbers game

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
