Responsabilità

  • 📞 Ottimizzazione e Sviluppo: Contatto telefonico in outbound con i partner per supportarli nell'ottimizzazione del loro profilo e migliorarne attivamente la presenza sul nostro marketplace
  • 📈 Analisi e Monitoraggio: Analisi puntuale dello stato degli account, monitorando performance e operatività per individuare tempestivamente nuove aree di miglioramento
  • 👂 Ascolto e Feedback: Raccolta attiva di feedback sull'esperienza dei partner e sul funzionamento della piattaforma, diventando una risorsa fondamentale per il perfezionamento dei nostri servizi
  • 🤝 Sinergia di Team: Collaborazione a stretto contatto con il Team After Sales su account strategici e progetti speciali ad alto impatto
  • 💻 Data Management: Aggiornamento e organizzazione precisa delle informazioni raccolte durante le chiamate, garantendo un corretto inserimento dei dati all'interno dei nostri sistemi aziendali

  • 🎓 Formazione: Sei in possesso di un Diploma o di una Laurea
  • 🔥 Spirito Commerciale: Possiedi una spiccata attitudine commerciale, un forte orientamento al risultato e una spinta naturale verso la cura del cliente
  • 💬 Empatia e Comunicazione: Possiedi ottime doti comunicative e sai creare rapidamente un rapporto di fiducia ed empatia, anche al telefono
  • 🤝 Team Player: Hai una forte predisposizione alle relazioni interpersonali e ami lavorare in team all'interno di un ambiente dinamico
  • 💻 Digital Mindset: Hai dimestichezza nell'utilizzo dei principali strumenti informatici (dopotutto, vendiamo tecnologia!)
