Η νεότερη προσθήκη, το Cayo Exclusive Resort & Spa, επεκτείνει την παρουσία του ομίλου στην Ελούντα της Κρήτης, με φόντο τη μοναδική ομορφιά της κρητικής ακτογραμμής.

Για τη σεζόν 2027, αναζητούμε Guest Relations Agent για την ομάδα του Elix στην Πέρδικα Θεσπρωτίας.

Ο Ρόλος

Ως Guest Relations Agent, θα υποδέχεσαι και θα φροντίζεις τους επισκέπτες του Elix, ανταποκρινόμενος/η στις ανάγκες τους και συμβάλλοντας στην εμπειρία διαμονής τους.

Μια Μέρα στη Δουλειά

Η προσωπική επαφή και η έγκαιρη ανταπόκριση βοηθούν τους επισκέπτες να νιώσουν ότι τους φροντίζουμε.

Μια τυπική ημέρα στο Elix θα μπορούσε να είναι κάπως έτσι:

• Ελέγχεις τη λίστα αφίξεων και προετοιμάζεσαι για την υποδοχή των επισκεπτών.

• Φροντίζεις επισκέπτες ειδικών κατηγοριών, όπως VIP, και απαντάς στα ερωτήματά τους.

• Βοηθάς στην προετοιμασία φακέλων με ενημερωτικό υλικό, όπως μενού room service και περιγραφές των χώρων.

• Παρέχεις πληροφορίες για τις ανέσεις, τους χώρους και την περιοχή και προωθείς τις υπηρεσίες του ξενοδοχείου.

• Προβλέπεις τις ανάγκες των επισκεπτών και χτίζεις καλή σχέση μαζί τους.

• Υποστηρίζεις πρακτικές διευθετήσεις, όπως επιβεβαιώσεις ταξιδιωτικών ρυθμίσεων και λήψη μηνυμάτων.

• Αντιμετωπίζεις παράπονα και τα διαβιβάζεις στον Guest Relations Manager όταν χρειάζεται.

• Καταγράφεις καθημερινά πληροφορίες στο ημερολόγιο και τηρείς τα πρότυπα υγείας και ποιότητας.

Requirements

Είναι αυτή η θέση για εσένα;

Απαραίτητα προσόντα:

• Προηγούμενη εμπειρία ως Guest Relations Officer.

• Εξοικείωση με τα πρότυπα του ξενοδοχειακού κλάδου.

• Γνώση Η/Υ, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) και Fidelio.

• Καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας.

• Εξωστρεφής προσωπικότητα και εξαιρετικές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες.

• Εξαιρετικές ικανότητες οργάνωσης και διαχείρισης χρόνου.

• Εξαιρετικές δεξιότητες εξυπηρέτησης και διαχείρισης επισκεπτών, με εστίαση στον πελάτη και επαγγελματική συμπεριφορά.

• Ικανότητα εργασίας υπό πίεση και ευελιξία σε διαφορετικές επαγγελματικές καταστάσεις.

Επιπλέον προσόντα – θα εκτιμηθούν:

• Γνώση επιπλέον ξένων γλωσσών.

• Πτυχίο BA/BSc στη Διαχείριση και Διοίκηση Μονάδων Φιλοξενίας.
