Join our team as a Guest Relations Executive at Canaves Oia Suites , you will be the friendly face that guests first encounter, setting the tone for their entire experience. Your role will involve getting to know our guests, understanding their needs, and exceeding their expectations with genuine warmth and professionalism. Whether it's arranging a surprise for a special occasion or navigating a guest request, you’ll be the expert in making magic happen!

We’re looking for someone who can craft memorable experiences, liaise between departments to ensure flawless service delivery, and handle guest inquiries with grace. If you thrive in a collaborative environment, have a flair for customer service, and enjoy working in a beautiful setting, we want you to apply!

Requirements

  • Experience of at least 1-2 years in a guest relations or customer-focused role, preferably within luxury hospitality
  • A degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is advantageous
  • An outgoing personality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a valuable asset
  • Ability to handle guest inquiries and concerns proactively and professionally
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks seamlessly
  • A passion for providing exceptional service and creating delightful guest experiences
  • Results-Oriented Sales Enthusiast
  • Familiarity with hotel property management systems (e.g., Opera) is a plus
