Für eine international tätige Industriegruppe im produzierenden Umfeld mit Standort im Raum Salzburg suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit im strategischen Einkauf mit Schwerpunkt auf Warengruppenmanagement und internationalem Sourcing.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Strategische Verantwortung für definierte Warengruppen auf Gruppenebene
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung internationaler Einkaufs- und Sourcing-Strategien
  • Aufbau, Qualifizierung und Weiterentwicklung internationaler Lieferanten
  • Durchführung von Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Entwicklung, Qualität und Supply Chain
  • Identifikation und Umsetzung von Kostenoptimierungspotenzialen
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung moderner Einkaufsprozesse und -strukturen
  • Beobachtung internationaler Beschaffungsmärkte und Lieferantenentwicklungen

Requirements

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische oder wirtschaftliche Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im strategischen Einkauf bzw. Category Management im Industrieumfeld
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in werkzeugmaschinenbau-nahen Branchen oder vergleichbaren technischen Industrieumfeldern
  • Erfahrung im internationalen Lieferantenmanagement und Sourcing
  • Technisches Verständnis sowie Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse und Reisebereitschaft
