Ali Professional Divisione IT & DIGITAL ricerca per importante cliente, realtà Martech italiana in forte crescita e con espansione internazionale, un Head of GTM -Spagna con esperienza su progetti di influencer marketing.

La figura sarà responsabile del lancio e dello sviluppo del mercato spagnolo, guidando l’intero go-to-market locale, occupandosi sia dello sviluppo del business sia della costruzione e gestione delle operation dell’agenzia sul territorio. La persona ideale ha seguito progetti simili ricoprendo ruoli Manageriali e di Leadership con forte conoscenza del mercato Digital, Influencer Marketing e Creator.

Responsabilità principali

  • Definire e implementare la strategia di go-to-market per il mercato spagnolo
  • Guidare il lancio dell’agenzia in Spagna, assicurando coerenza con il posizionamento e la strategia globale
  • Sviluppare il business locale, gestendo pipeline commerciale, trattative e chiusura di accordi con clienti diretti
  • Gestire le operations sul mercato spagnolo, garantendo qualità, efficienza e sostenibilità operativa
  • Collaborare con il management centrale per allineare strategia, obiettivi e KPI
  • Monitorare performance, risultati economici e metriche di crescita del mercato
  • Rappresentare l’azienda sul mercato spagnolo come punto di riferimento per clienti e stakeholder

Requirements

Requisiti

  • Esperienza significativa in ruoli di Go-To-Market, Business Development o General Management
  • Precedente esperienza nell’apertura o sviluppo di nuovi mercati (preferibilmente Spagna o UK)
  • Forte orientamento commerciale e capacità di costruire relazioni di alto livello
  • Solida esperienza nella gestione operativa e nella strutturazione di processi
  • Mentalità imprenditoriale, autonomia e forte ownership del risultato
  • Ottima conoscenza del mercato spagnolo e delle sue dinamiche
  • Ottima conoscenza dello spagnolo e dell’inglese
