В DMED мы ищем руководителя проектного офиса (Head of PM / PMO), который умеет выстраивать процессы и при необходимости готов лично вести проекты от брифа до закрытия акта.

Requirements

Обязанности:

  • В зоне ответственности — портфель проектов по внедрению продуктов компании в частном секторе, а также внутренние операционные и организационные инициативы. В подчинении — команда проектных менеджеров, с возможностью кросс-функционального взаимодействия с тим-лидами смежных отделов.
  • Управление портфелем B2B-проектов: Контроль сроков, качества и ресурсов при внедрении продуктов компании в частных клиниках.
  • Внутренние и операционные проекты: Ведение инициатив компании от формулировки задачи до сдачи результата (запуск процессов, регламентов, SLA и операционных изменений).
  • Самостоятельное ведение проектов: Личное управление отдельными проектами полного цикла без передачи менеджеру проектов (при необходимости).
  • Руководство командой PMO: Найм, развитие, постановка задач и контроль качества работы команды проектных менеджеров.
  • Кросс-функциональное взаимодействие: Согласование ресурсов, приоритетов и сроков с тим-лидами смежных подразделений.
  • Развитие процессов и методологии: Выявление и устранение системных барьеров, разработка регламентов, шаблонов и стандартов управления проектами внутри отдела.

Опыт и квалификация:

  • Опыт работы в роли Head of PM / PMO (SaaS) или аналогичной позиции от 3–5 лет.
  • Опыт управления командой более 5 проектных менеджеров.
  • Подтверждённый опыт самостоятельного ведения проектов полного цикла, а не только руководства командой.
  • Опыт управления проектами на стороне бизнеса (внедрение, операционные изменения).

Менеджерские и Soft Skills:

  • Опыт развития и найма сотрудников, решения сложных ситуаций и аргументации экспертного мнения перед директорами.
  • Готовность выстраивать отдел и процессы в условиях их формирования.
  • Опыт работы в матричной структуре (умение договариваться без прямого подчинения).
  • Системное мышление, проактивность, ответственность, коммуникабельность и стрессоустойчивость.

Языковые навыки:

  • Свободное владение русским и узбекским языками.
  • Владение английским языком будет преимуществом.

Будет плюсом:

  • Опыт работы в IT-компании (SaaS) или в сфере B2B/B2C-внедрений.
  • Опыт запуска или реструктуризации проектного офиса с нуля.
  • Знакомство с Jira или аналогичными системами управления проектами.
