Η Hatzi Filax Group, για λογαριασμό πελάτη της, μιας δυναμικά αναπτυσσόμενης εταιρείας στον χρηματοικονομικό & ασφαλιστικό κλάδο, αναζητά έμπειρο στέλεχος για τη θέση Head of Property (Επικεφαλής Κλάδου Ασφαλίσεων Περιουσίας).

Ο ρόλος θα έχει την ευθύνη για τη διαμόρφωση της στρατηγικής, την αξιολόγηση σύνθετων και υψηλής αξίας κινδύνων, την παρακολούθηση της κερδοφορίας και των βασικών δεικτών του χαρτοφυλακίου, καθώς και για τη διαμόρφωση τιμολόγησης, όρων και κατευθυντήριων γραμμών ανάληψης κινδύνων.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Σχεδιασμός και υλοποίηση στρατηγικής ανάπτυξης του Κλάδου Property (Commercial & Industrial Risks)
  • Διαμόρφωση underwriting guidelines, risk appetite, και διαχείριση μεγάλων/σύνθετων κινδύνων (βιομηχανικοί, ξενοδοχειακοί, logistics)
  • Ανάλυση και παρακολούθηση loss ratios, technical results και profitability
  • Σχεδιασμός και διαπραγμάτευση αντασφαλιστικών συμβάσεων (treaty & facultative)
  • Συνεργασία με τη Διεύθυνση Πωλήσεων για προγράμματα, ειδικούς όρους και καμπάνιες προς αύξηση πωλήσεων
  • Ανάπτυξη συνεργασιών με brokers και εταιρικούς πελάτες
  • Καθοδήγηση και ανάπτυξη ομάδας underwriting
  • Σύνταξη και εφαρμογή διαδικασιών λειτουργίας της Διεύθυνσης
  • Παρακολούθηση κανονιστικού πλαισίου και διασφάλιση συμμόρφωσης

Requirements

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ (Στατιστικής & Ασφαλιστικής Επιστήμης, Οικονομικών, Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων, Μαθηματικών)
  • Πιστοποίηση Ασφαλιστικού Διαμεσολαβητή (Συμβούλου, Πράκτορα ή Μεσίτη)
  • 8+ έτη εμπειρίας σε Γενικές Ασφαλίσεις, με εξειδίκευση στον Κλάδο Property
  • Σημαντική εμπειρία σε underwriting μεγάλων εμπορικών & βιομηχανικών κινδύνων
  • Γνώση αντασφαλιστικών δομών, exposure management και catastrophe modelling
  • Εμπειρία σε διοίκηση ομάδας
  • Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών
  • Επιθυμητά: Μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος ή πιστοποιήσεις, εμπειρία σε digital underwriting tools / data-driven pricing, διεθνής εμπειρία ή συνεργασία με πολυεθνικά σχήματα
