La figura si occuperà di servire cibo e bevande agli ospiti garantendo standard di eccellenza, presentare il menu e rispondere alle richieste, comunicare efficacemente con la cucina per esigenze alimentari e intolleranze, nonché mantenere l'ordine, la pulizia e la cura del dettaglio in sala.

Cosa farai

1. Servizio di Sala e Gestione delle Portate

Servizio al Tavolo: Servire pietanze e bevande alcoliche/analcoliche garantendo il rispetto dei tempi di servizio e delle sequenze operative aziendali.

Controllo Qualità e Mise en Place: Verificare la pulizia e la presentazione di piatti, bicchieri e posate prima dell'uso; sbarazzare le portate e pulire i tavoli secondo gli standard.

Gestione Bevande e Alcolici: Servire bevande alcoliche nel rispetto delle normative e dei protocolli di somministrazione responsabile (es. TIPs/CARE).

2. Relazione con l'Ospite e Comunicazione con la Cucina

Accoglienza e Cura dell'Ospite: Accogliere ogni ospite con cordialità, anticipare le sue esigenze, rispondere alle domande sul menu e fornire consigli sulla struttura o attrazioni locali.

Coordinamento con la Cucina: Comunicare tempestivamente ordini, intolleranze, allergie, modifiche ai piatti, tempi di attesa e disponibilità dei prodotti.

Gestione delle Esigenze Speciali: Assistere gli ospiti con attenzione e discrezione, inclusa l'assistenza dedicata a persone con disabilità.

3. Cura dell'Ambiente di Lavoro, Igiene e Procedure

Pulizia e Rigore: Mantenere costante la pulizia delle aree di lavoro e di servizio durante tutta la giornat.

Standard di Presentazione: Mantenere uno standing e una divisa sempre impeccabili e professionali.

4. Cassa, Chiusura e Collaborazione di Team

Operazioni di Cassa: Gestire i pagamenti e le procedure di incasso in conformità con i protocolli interni e le politiche dell'hotel.

Lavoro di Squadra e Chiusura: Collaborare attivamente con i colleghi per garantire un servizio fluido, consultarsi con il maître/supervisore prima del termine del turno e completare le mansioni di chiusura.

Requirements

  • Pregressa esperienza nel ruolo di Cameriere di Sala/Waiter maturata all'interno di strutture alberghiere di lusso o ristoranti gourmet.
  • Solida conoscenza delle tecniche di servizio di sala e degli standard della ristorazione d'alto livello.
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese; la conoscenza di una seconda lingua straniera costituisce un plus.
  • Flessibilità e idoneità ai requisiti fisici della mansione (capacità di stare in piedi/in movimento per tempi prolungati e di movimentare carichi/vassoi in sicurezza).
  • Eccellenti doti comunicative, orientamento al cliente, cura del dettaglio e spiccata propensione al lavoro di squadra.
