Requirements

  1. ניסיון מקצועי: ניסיון קודם מוכח של שנתיים לפחות בתפקיד תמיכה טכנית / Helpdesk בארגון בינוני או גדול תעשייתי.
  2. שימוש בכלי AI ואוטומציות: ניסיון מעשי בשימוש יומיומי בכלי בינה מלאכותית כגון ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot לצורכי מחקר, פתרון תקלות, למידה עצמית ואוטומציה של משימות IT. יתרון לניסיון בהגדרת סוכני AI ואינטגרציות לשיפור תהליכי עבודה.
  3. מערכות הפעלה, מיקרוסופט, ענן ו-MDM: ניסיון בעבודה עם Microsoft Azure / Entra ID, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, ניהול משתמשים, קבוצות, הרשאות, תיבות דואר ורישוי. שליטה בפתרון תקלות Windows 10/11 ויישומי Office.
  4. מערכות מידע ו-ERP (יתרון משמעותי): ניסיון עבודה קודם או היכרות עם מערכות ERP תעשייתיות (עדיפות למערכת Priority) ומערכות תכן הנדסי (SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
  5. ציוד קצה, חומרה ומערכי הדפסה: ניסיון בהתקנה, הגדרה, הקשחה ותחזוקה של תחנות עבודה, מחשבים ניידים, מסכים, מדפסות משרדיות ומדפסות מדבקות תעשייתיות DATAMAX. יתרון לניסיון עם BarTender.
  6. רשתות ותקשורת: הבנה טובה של מושגי יסוד ברשתות תקשורת (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, סביבת LAN/WAN), הגדרת ציוד קצה ברשת ופתרון תקלות קישוריות.
