As a Hostess Daily Worker at Jimbaran Puri, A Belmond Hotel, you are part of a team that creates a warm and memorable first impression for our guests. In this role, you will help set the tone for an exceptional dining experience by providing genuine, attentive, and personalized service from the moment guests arrive. Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Welcoming and greeting guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, creating a positive first impression
  • Managing guest seating arrangements and reservations efficiently, ensuring smooth table allocation and guest flow
  • Escorting guests to their tables and presenting menus while providing a warm and personalized introduction
  • Assisting guests with inquiries, special requests, dietary requirements, and general information about the restaurant
  • Maintaining a welcoming, clean, and organized hostess area at all times

Requirements

What You Bring:

  • Previous experience in hospitality, guest relations, restaurant, or customer service is an advantage
  • Friendly, warm, and attentive demeanor with a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with guests and team members
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest requests efficiently
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and service-oriented in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong teamwork skills
  • Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage
