Ali Lavoro, agenzia per il lavoro specializzata nella somministrazione e ricerca e selezione del personale, da oltre trent’anni presente in Italia e parte di W Group, piattaforma HR internazionale, è alla ricerca di un/una HR Account - Sostituzione Maternità per la filiale di San Donà di Piave che abbia curiosità e voglia di crescere in un contesto dinamico e stimolante, sviluppando competenze trasversali sul mondo HR.

Di cosa ti occuperai?

  • Gestirai in autonomia il processo di ricerca e selezione, relazionandoti direttamente con i candidati
  • Seguirai le pratiche di assunzione del personale somministrato
  • Contribuirai ad instaurare con i clienti della filiale relazioni di fiducia, diventando il loro primo punto di riferimento
  • Supporterai il team in attività commerciali, contribuendo anche tu al successo della filiale e al raggiungimento di ambiziosi obiettivi

Requirements

  • Esperienza nel settore delle Agenzie per il Lavoro o della consulenza HR
  • La passione è il motore della vita e noi vorremmo incontrare giovani con occhi curiosi, pieni di entusiasmo e spinti ogni giorno dalla voglia di diventare la miglior versione di se stessi
  • Propensione commerciale e capacità relazionali, perché le maggiori soddisfazioni arrivano proprio dai nostri clienti
  • Proattività e flessibilità che ti permetteranno di svolgere tutte le attività previste dal ruolo al massimo delle tue potenzialità in un contesto dinamico e in continua evoluzione

  • Digital mindset e dimestichezza con i principali tool informatici (pacchetto office; Outlook), perché migliorano la gestione del tempo e del tuo lavoro
