Основні завдання:

  • Підтримка HR-документообігу: підготовка, оформлення та ведення кадрових документів (наказів, заяв, довідок), актуалізація особових справ співробітників.
  • Супровід процесів адаптації та виходу співробітників: підготовка welcome-пакетів для нових співробітників, участь у процесі онбордингу.
  • Адміністративна підтримка HR-команди: підготовка аналітичних звітів та таблиць, ведення базових HR-опитувань та зведення результатів, підтримка HR-івентів (організація зустрічей, внутрішніх заходів).
  • Участь у внутрішніх проєктах: участь у проєктах з покращення внутрішніх HR-процедур, допомога в реалізації ініціатив по роботі з молоддю та організації стажувань, підтримка участі компанії у внутрішніх та зовнішніх HR-івентах.

  • Робота з HR системі, офіс 365.
  • Складання HR-звітності та аналітики.
  • Підтримка процесів онбордингу та офбордингу.
