Ali Professional ricerca HR & Administration Manager per un gruppo operante nel settore impiantistico e delle energie rinnovabili, con sede sul territorio bergamasco.

La risorsa rappresenterà il punto di riferimento per la gestione delle risorse umane delle società del gruppo, garantendo il corretto presidio dei processi amministrativi e organizzativi legati al personale. La figura avrà un ruolo chiave di coordinamento tra la direzione aziendale e le realtà operative, supportando le attività quotidiane di gestione del personale impiegato sia in sede sia presso i cantieri.

Responsabilità principali:

  • Agire come punto di riferimento HR per le società del gruppo, garantendo un collegamento efficace tra direzione aziendale e realtà operative.
  • Coordinare l'intero processo di amministrazione del personale, supervisionando assunzioni, variazioni contrattuali, cessazioni e relativi adempimenti.
  • Gestire e monitorare presenze, ferie, permessi, straordinari, trasferte, note spese e strumenti aziendali assegnati ai dipendenti.
  • Supportare la pianificazione e l'organizzazione delle risorse impiegate nei cantieri, collaborando con responsabili tecnici e capi squadra.
  • Supervisionare il processo payroll e il controllo del costo del lavoro, interfacciandosi con consulenti del lavoro e partner esterni.
  • Fornire supporto ai manager nella gestione quotidiana delle persone, contribuendo alla risoluzione di problematiche organizzative e relazionali.
  • Collaborare all'implementazione di processi di valutazione delle performance, sviluppo delle competenze e crescita organizzativa.
  • Garantire il rispetto della normativa giuslavoristica, delle procedure aziendali e degli adempimenti legati alla sicurezza sul lavoro.

Requirements

  • Esperienza consolidata di almeno 7-10 anni in ruoli HR con forte focus sull'amministrazione del personale
  • Ottima conoscenza della normativa del lavoro e dei principali istituti contrattuali
  • Solida esperienza nella gestione operativa di payroll, presenze e costo del lavoro
  • Esperienza nel coordinamento di personale operativo e tecnico distribuito su più sedi o cantieri
  • Buona conoscenza di Excel e dei principali software HR

Costituiscono titolo preferenziale:

  • Esperienza maturata in aziende del settore impiantistico o rinnovabili
  • Conoscenza del CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria
  • Conoscenza delle dinamiche di gestione del personale di cantiere e di personale operativo
  • Esperienza, anche minima, nella gestione degli aspetti legati a salute e sicurezza sul lavoro
  • Familiarità con processi di performance management, sviluppo organizzativo e valutazione delle performance
