HR Administration Specialist

Descrizione del ruolo:

La figura sarà responsabile della gestione amministrativa del personale e supporterà i processi HR garantendo il corretto presidio delle attività legate all'amministrazione, al payroll e ai sistemi informativi HR, operando in un contesto dinamico e internazionale.

Principali responsabilità:

  • Gestire le attività di amministrazione del personale lungo l'intero ciclo di vita del dipendente.
  • Supportare il processo payroll e fungere da riferimento per il provider esterno.
  • Verificare presenze, giustificativi, assenze e variabili mensili ai fini dell'elaborazione paghe.
  • Gestire la documentazione relativa ad assunzioni, proroghe, trasformazioni e cessazioni.
  • Garantire la corretta applicazione dei CCNL di riferimento e della normativa giuslavoristica.
  • Aggiornare e monitorare i dati HR attraverso i sistemi informativi aziendali.
  • Predisporre reportistica e analisi a supporto della funzione HR.
  • Interfacciarsi con stakeholder nazionali e internazionali, anche in lingua inglese.
  • Supportare i processi di auditing e compliance relativi all'amministrazione del personale.

Requisiti:

  • Esperienza di 3-5 anni in ruoli di Amministrazione del Personale / HR Administration.
  • Conoscenza del ciclo paghe e dei principali adempimenti amministrativi.
  • Conoscenza del CCNL Metalmeccanico e/o CCNL Chimico-Farmaceutico.
  • Esperienza nell'utilizzo del gestionale Zucchetti.
  • Buona conoscenza di SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, con capacità di partecipare a call e meeting internazionali.
  • Ottime capacità organizzative, precisione e attenzione al dettaglio.
  • Attitudine al lavoro in team e alla gestione di attività con scadenze definite.

Si offre:

  • Inserimento con contratto a tempo determinato o indeterminato, in funzione dell'esperienza maturata.
  • RAL compresa tra 40.000 e 45.000 euro.
  • Possibilità di smart working per 2 giorni a settimana.
