Sie suchen eine verantwortungsvolle Aufgabe im HR-Bereich? Unser Auftraggeber, eine erfolgreiche Unternehmensgruppe im Raum Salzburg, bietet Ihnen die Möglichkeit, sich in den Bereichen Personalmanagement und Personalverrechnung einzubringen. Die Position ist langfristig angelegt und bietet die Möglichkeit, in einem vielseitigen Aufgabengebiet Verantwortung zu übernehmen und die Weiterentwicklung moderner HR-Prozesse aktiv mitzugestalten.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Ansprechpartner:in für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte in personalrelevanten Fragestellungen
  • Unterstützung sämtlicher administrativer HR-Prozesse vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt
  • Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Unternehmen und externem Payroll-Dienstleister
  • Unterstützung bei Themen der Personalverrechnung sowie Kontrolle und Abstimmung relevanter Abrechnungsdaten
  • Erstellung von Dienstverträgen, Bestätigungen und sonstigen HR-Dokumenten
  • Mitarbeit bei HR-Projekten sowie der Optimierung und Digitalisierung von Prozessen
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen, Statistiken und Reports
  • Unterstützung der HR-Leitung im operativen Tagesgeschäft

Requirements

Ihr Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Personalwesen, idealerweise als HR-Generalist:in oder HR-Allrounder:in
  • Kenntnisse in der Personalverrechnung bzw. Interesse, sich in diesem Bereich weiterzuentwickeln
  • Erfahrung in einem Industrie- oder Produktionsumfeld von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht
  • Hohe IT-Affinität sowie gute Kenntnisse in MS Excel
  • SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Serviceorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke und Hands-on-Mentalität
