メルカリのHRBPは「人と組織へ入り込み、ビジネスの成功に向けてあらゆる人事・組織戦略を立案し、実行する」チームです。

メルカリグループの多様でダイナミックな挑戦を成功させるため、人材および組織課題を積極的に特定・解決し、リーダー・メンバーと密接に連携しながら事業成長にコミットしています。

＜Fintech HRBPのミッション＞

現在、Fintech事業では数千万人規模の顧客基盤とAIをはじめとする最先端の技術を活かし、決済、暗号資産、クレジットカード、BaaS（Banking as a Service）へと事業領域を拡大しています。今後も、金融領域における新たな事業の創出に挑戦していきます。

こうした複数の事業を継続的に成長させるには、スピード感と金融事業に求められる厳格なレギュレーション・リスク管理とを両立しながら、事業戦略の変化に応じて組織・カルチャーを進化させることが不可欠です。

本ポジションのHRBPは、経営陣・マネジメントメンバーのパートナーとして戦略を共に描き、人事戦略の立案から実行までをリードします。

完成した仕組みを運用するのではなく、変化の中で優先順位を定め、必要な人事戦略とオペレーションを自ら設計・実行し、Fintech事業の成長とミッションの実現を組織面から推進することが、このポジションのミッションです。

業務内容

  • ミッション・バリューなど、カルチャー浸透施策
  • Fintech組織の人員計画策定と実現に向けた採用チームとの協業
  • Fintech特有の専門人材（金融・ブロックチェーン等）の組織・チーム・従業員のエンゲージメント向上
  • 従業員のキャリア・育成・タレントマネジメント
  • 労務対応
  • パフォーマンス管理（PIP）、従業員の異動、休職、復職など、複雑な人事判断が必要なケースについて、部門長と連携し解決策の提供及び対応
  • 人事・評価・報酬制度運用および、組織全体の生産性を最大化するためのパフォーマンスマネジメント（目標設定から継続的なフィードバックサイクルの定着化）の推進
  • 急成長組織運営に関わる各種オペレーション構築と機動的な対応
  • AIを積極的に活用したHRオペレーションの抜本的効率化と、AIネイティブな組織風土の醸成・啓蒙
  • その他、人事企画や制度設計におけるCenter of Excellence（人事スペシャリストチーム）との連携

  • メルカリのFintech領域においてHRに求められる業務領域は幅広く、かつ取り組むべき課題も数多くあります。事業や組織のあるべき姿をマネジメントレイヤーとともに描き、状況に応じて都度選択と集中をしていくという非常に難易度が高いことが求められます。特に金融というレギュレーションの厳しい領域でのスピード感ある事業展開を人事面から支えるため、高い専門性と柔軟性が求められます。

  • 現在メルカリグループでは、組織全体のAI-Native化を強力に推進しています。Fintech領域のHRBPには、AIツールを駆使した人事プロセス自体の高度化・効率化はもちろんのこと、メンバー一人ひとりがAIを活用して高い生産性を発揮できるような組織風土の醸成や、AI時代に求められる新たなスキル定義・人材開発など、前例のないチャレンジをリードしていただきます。金融コンプライアンスを遵守しながら、いかにAIなどのテクノロジーを掛け合わせて組織をアップデートしていくかという、非常にエキサイティングなテーマに取り組むことができます。

経営陣のパートナーとしての大きな裁量

  • 今抱えているさまざまな事業・組織課題に対して、自ら強い主体性とオーナーシップを持ち、大きな責任と自由を与えられ、自身の限界を超えたチャレンジが可能です。マネジメントレイヤー（経営 / VP / Manager）のパートナーとして、組織の重要な意思決定に寄り添うだけでなく、それを自らドライブしていく、社内でも非常に影響力の大きいポジションです。

応募要件

  • 求める経験・スキル
  • メルカリグループおよび各カンパニーのミッションとバリューに共感していただける方
  • HRBPまたは人事ジェネラリストとしての実務経験3年以上複雑な労務課題等への対応経験、および適切なリスク判断・関係者連携を行った経験パフォーマンスマネジメントサイクル（目標設定、評価、フィードバック）の運用・改善経験
  • 複雑な組織課題に臨機応変に対応できる柔軟性・スピードのある方
  • エグゼクティブレイヤーからメンバーレイヤーまで、幅広いステークホルダーと効果的な対話ができる高いコミュニケーション能力
  • 人事施策の企画立案及びプロジェクトマネジメントの経験
  • 歓迎する経験・スキル
  • HRBPとしての勤務経験（ベンチャー企業、インターネットサービス企業の成長ステージでの経験は特に歓迎）
  • AI・テクノロジーへの強い関心と活用力（LLM等のAIツールを業務で活用した経験や、定量的なHRデータ分析をAIを用いてリードできる力）
  • 語学力
  • 日本語：Independent (CEFR - B2) 必須
  • 英語：Independent (CEFR - B2) 歓迎
