About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive, people-oriented professional who is organized, communicative, and excited to support HR, Communications, and the smooth day-to-day operations of our Cyprus office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support core HR administrative processes and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employees' day-to-day questions, escalating to the HR team where needed.
  • Support the onboarding process and the overall new-hire experience in the Cyprus office.
  • Plan and coordinate internal events, employee engagement activities, and office traditions that build culture and connection.
  • Help design and run initiatives that keep the Cyprus office a great place to work as the team scales.
  • Support the HR and Communications teams with internal office communications, updates, and announcements.
  • Represent Campéon Gaming at select external activities, partnerships, or community/industry events in Cyprus.
  • Contribute to Employer Branding efforts that help us attract talent as we grow our local presence.
  • Oversee smooth day-to-day office operations: meeting rooms management, calendars, correspondence, supplies, and guest experience.
  • Ensure the Cyprus office runs efficiently and reflects Campéon Gaming's culture to every employee and visitor.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative, HR, communications, or office coordination role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
  • A genuine interest in HR, internal communications, or event coordination — and appetite to grow across both.
  • Comfort being a visible, external-facing representative of the company (partnerships, events, community activities).
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • A Bachelor's degree in HR, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus, but not required — we care more about attitude and aptitude.
  • A proactive, service-oriented mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
