ALI Professional, divisione di ALI Lavoro (parte di W Group) specializzata in Ricerca e Selezione del Personale, sta ricercando per una solida realtà in via di sviluppo, operante nel settore della consulenza e servizi IT, la figura di:

HR DIRECTOR & ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

La risorsa opererà come consulente interno e partner strategico per il Management, prendendo in carico a 360° la gestione del capitale umano dell'azienda (circa 100 persone) e definendo le strategie d'attrazione, retention e sviluppo organizzativo.

Mansioni e ruolo:

· Retention & Employer Branding: Sviluppo di politiche mirate alla fidelizzazione dei talenti e alla Talent Attraction. Creazione di nuove policy di welfare e inclusione (es. policy maternità e conciliazione vita-lavoro per il supporto alla retention femminile).

· Patto di Stabilità & Piani di Incentivazione: Gestione in prima persona e rinnovo del Patto di Stabilità aziendale per garantire continuità organizzativa; strutturazione dei piani di retribuzione variabile e sistemi MBO.

· Talent Management & Sviluppo: Definizione e monitoraggio dei percorsi di carriera, pianificazione della formazione continua e gestione periodica delle Salary Review.

· Employee Journey: Supervisione e ottimizzazione dei processi di Onboarding, Offboarding e gestione del clima aziendale (inclusi feedback e gestione di eventuali reclami/criticità).

· Compliance & Normativa: Monitoraggio della compliance aziendale, aggiornamento sulle normative del lavoro e definizione delle regole di ingaggio contrattuali e organizzative, presidio e monitoraggio dell'allineamento tra normative del lavoro e normative di filiera/commessa.

Requirements

· Significativa esperienza nel ruolo di HR Director, HR Manager o Consulente HR Senior preferibilmente all'interno di contesti strutturati del settore IT - Digital.

· Solida competenza nell'ideazione, monitoraggio e rinnovo di strumenti di retention (Patti di stabilità, welfare, MBO).

· Approccio consulenziale, orientato al problem solving e alla comprensione delle dinamiche del mercato dei talenti tech.

· Forte sensibilità verso le tematiche di D&I, sviluppo delle persone e clima aziendale.

· Costituirà titolo preferenziale la conoscenza della compliance aziendale e della normativa del lavoro, applicata alle organizzazioni moderne.

Benefits

· Contratto a tempo Indeterminato direttamente con l'azienda, CCNL Commercio (14° inclusa) con un Range di RAL compreso tra i 50K e 65K in base al livello di seniority; da valutare eventuale Auto aziendale ad uso promiscuo.

· Previsti inoltre: Premio MBO + Welfare Aziendale + Polizza Salute + Carta di Credito aziendale + Buoni Pasto giornalieri del valore di 10 euro.

· Impegno orario Full Time 40 ore settimanali da Lunedì a Venerdì ore 8.45 : 17.45 (pausa pranzo 1h), con flessibilità ingresso/uscita di 30 minuti.

· Ampia possibilità di Smart Working, 2/3 giorni a settimana.
