Responsabilità principali

Ali Professional, per conto di una realtà specializzata nel settore della sicurezza antincendio e degli impianti tecnologici, è alla ricerca di figura da inserire all’interno del dipartimento HR & General Services, con responsabilità trasversali nella gestione del personale, degli automezzi e dei servizi aziendali.

Gestione del personale

  • Elaborazione dati del personale e supporto alla gestione del ciclo payroll
  • Conteggi relativi a buste paga, reperibilità, straordinari, TFR, fondi e provvigioni
  • Collaborazione con lo studio paghe per cedolini, aumenti e situazioni particolari
  • Gestione delle pratiche amministrative dei dipendenti
  • Gestione del portale HR, timbrature, badge e tesserini
  • Gestione dei rapporti con le agenzie per il lavoro
  • Ricerca e selezione del personale, colloqui e gestione dell’intero iter di assunzione
  • Gestione di lettere di intenti, assunzioni, dimissioni e licenziamenti
  • Gestione di richiami disciplinari e controversie
  • Organizzazione delle visite mediche e della formazione
  • Gestione corsi e patentini
  • Organizzazione delle trasferte: hotel, spostamenti e rimborsi

Gestione automezzi

  • Analisi e monitoraggio dei costi della flotta aziendale
  • Gestione ZTL, assicurazioni e sinistri
  • Monitoraggio delle scadenze di revisioni e tagliandi
  • Rapporti con autofficine
  • Gestione Telepass e carte carburante
  • Gestione acquisto di nuovi automezzi e pratiche di leasing/noleggio

Servizi generali

  • Gestione telefonia, SIM, smartphone e corrispondenza
