1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
- Develop job descriptions and identify appropriate sourcing channels.
- Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, recruitment platforms, databases, and other channels.
- Conduct initial screening interviews and assess candidates against job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate communication and follow-up throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare and coordinate job offers and employment documentation.
- Maintain an updated recruitment pipeline and candidate database.
- Track recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, hiring status, and recruitment pipeline.
- Ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding.
- Support recruitment activities in line with KSA market requirements and employment regulations.
2. HR Operations & Personnel
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
- Prepare and maintain employment contracts, employee files, HR documentation, and personnel records.
- Ensure employee data is accurate and regularly updated across HR systems and government platforms.
- Handle employee requests and provide timely support regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
3. KSA Labor Law & Compliance
- Ensure HR practices comply with Saudi Labor Law and relevant regulations.
- Stay updated on changes to KSA labor regulations and government requirements.
- Provide guidance on employment contracts, working hours, leave, probation, termination, employee rights, and other labor-related matters.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Support the company in maintaining HR compliance and minimizing operational risks.
4. Saudi Government Platforms
Hands-on experience with Saudi government platforms is essential, including:
- Qiwa – Employment contracts, employee services, and labor-related processes.
- Mudad – Wage Protection System (WPS) and payroll-related compliance.
- GOSI – Employee registration, social insurance updates, and related transactions.
- Muqeem – Residency and employee-related services.
- Absher Business – Employee and government-related services.
- MHRSD platforms and other relevant Saudi government systems.
The candidate should be comfortable independently handling routine HR transactions and resolving platform-related issues.
5. Employee Relations
- Handle employee inquiries and HR-related concerns professionally.
- Support investigations and disciplinary procedures in line with company policies and KSA Labor Law.
- Maintain accurate documentation for employee relations cases.
- Support management in resolving workplace issues while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
6. Payroll & Benefits Coordination
- Coordinate with payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Review employee data, attendance, leaves, deductions, and other payroll inputs.
- Ensure payroll-related processes comply with Saudi regulations.
- Coordinate with relevant teams regarding GOSI and WPS requirements.
- Support employees with payroll and benefits-related inquiries.
7. Onboarding & Offboarding
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees in accordance with company procedures and KSA requirements.
- Ensure all required documents and contracts are completed.
- Coordinate government registration and employee-related processes.
- Manage resignation and termination procedures.
- Ensure proper clearance, final settlements, documentation, and government updates during offboarding.
8. HR Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare regular HR reports related to headcount, recruitment, employee movements, turnover, attendance, leave, and other HR metrics.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Ensure HR documentation is properly organized and accessible when required.
- Provide HR data and reports to management when needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant HR Generalist experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in the KSA/Saudi market.
- Strong knowledge of KSA Labor Law and HR regulations.
- Practical experience using Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Muqeem, Absher Business, and MHRSD platforms.
- Strong experience in HR Operations, Recruitment, and Personnel Administration.
