About the Role
We are looking for a creative and proactive HR Intern – Internal Communications to join our HR team. You will support initiatives that keep employees informed, connected and engaged, while helping HR communicate important updates in a clear and engaging way.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging content for internal communication channels and HR campaigns.
- Support HR in communicating company initiatives, policies, events and key employee updates.
- Assist with the planning and coordination of employee engagement activities, town halls, celebrations and internal events.
- Develop simple visual materials and creative assets using tools such as Canva or PowerPoint.
- Work with different HR team members and business stakeholders to gather information and turn it into clear, employee-friendly communications.
- Maintain the internal communications calendar and ensure communications are delivered in a timely manner.
- Support employer branding and culture-related initiatives where required.
- Track employee participation and engagement with internal campaigns and suggest ways to improve future initiatives.

- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
