Στο πλαίσιο αυτό, αναζητούμε HR Operations Supervisor (Προϊστάμενος/η Λειτουργειών Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού) για το Νοσοκομείο Ερρίκος Ντυνάν, μέλος του Ομίλου, ο/η οποίος/α θα ενταχθεί στην ομάδα Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού και θα αναφέρεται στον HR Manager του Νοσοκομείου, έχοντας παράλληλα την ευθύνη συντονισμού και εποπτείας ενός μέλους της ομάδας.

Αρμοδιότητες

  • Συντονισμός, καθοδήγηση και εποπτεία της καθημερινής λειτουργίας του τμήματος.
  • Προετοιμασία, διαχείριση και παρακολούθηση συμβάσεων εργασίας, τροποποιήσεων όρων εργασίας, μεταβολών προσωπικού.
  • Εποπτεία των διαδικασιών διαχείρισης προσωπικού και διασφάλιση της ορθής τήρησης και ενημέρωσης των στοιχείων και αρχείων προσωπικού.
  • Διαχείριση ωραρίων, αδειών, απουσιών και λοιπών μεταβολών προσωπικού.
  • Έλεγχος της ορθής εφαρμογής της Ψηφιακής Κάρτας Εργασίας και διερεύνηση αποκλίσεων.
  • Εποπτεία των απαιτούμενων δηλώσεων και εντύπων στο Π.Σ. ΕΡΓΑΝΗ και διασφάλιση της συμμόρφωσης με την ισχύουσα εργατική και ασφαλιστική νομοθεσία και προθεσμίες.
  • Συγκέντρωση, διασταύρωση και έλεγχο όλων των μεταβολών και στοιχείων που απαιτούνται για τη μηνιαία μισθοδοσία, καθώς και έγκαιρη αποστολή τους στο τμήμα μισθοδοσίας.
  • Υποστήριξη του HR Manager σε θέματα διαχείρισης θεμάτων προσωπικού, reporting και παροχής στοιχείων.
  • Συμβολή στη συνεχή βελτίωση και τυποποίηση των διαδικασιών Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού.

Requirements

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ στη Διοίκηση Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού, Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων, Οικονομικά ή συναφές αντικείμενο.
  • Τουλάχιστον 5 έτη σχετικής επαγγελματικής εμπειρίας σε HR Operations, HR Administration ή/και Payroll Administration.
  • Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε συντονισμό ή εποπτεία ατόμου/ομάδας.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση εργατικής και ασφαλιστικής νομοθεσίας, Π.Σ. ΕΡΓΑΝΗ και Ψηφιακής Κάρτας Εργασίας.
  • Εμπειρία στη διαχείριση και τον έλεγχο στοιχείων που επηρεάζουν τη μισθοδοσία.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση MS Office, με έμφαση στο Excel, και εξοικείωση με HRIS και εφαρμογές μισθοδοσίας.
  • Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών.

  • Ικανότητα συντονισμού, καθοδήγησης και ανάπτυξης ατόμων.
  • Πολύ καλή οργάνωση και ικανότητα διαχείρισης πολλαπλών προτεραιοτήτων.
  • Αναλυτική σκέψη και ιδιαίτερη προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και στην ακρίβεια των δεδομένων.
  • Υπευθυνότητα, συνέπεια και υψηλό επίπεδο εχεμύθεια.
  • Πολύ καλές επικοινωνιακές και διαπροσωπικές δεξιότητες.
  • Προσανατολισμός στην τήρηση διαδικασιών, προθεσμιών και κανονιστικών απαιτήσεων.
