Στην Würth Hellas, αναζητούμε έναν/μία HR & Recruiting Assistant που θα υποστηρίξει την ομάδα Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού μας σε κρίσιμους τομείς όπως η διαδικασία προσλήψεων, η εκπαίδευση και η διαχείριση του ανθρώπινου δυναμικού.

📝 Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Υποστήριξη της διαδικασίας προσλήψεων (διεξαγωγή συνεντεύξεων, αξιολόγηση βιογραφικών).
  • Διαχείριση και ενημέρωση της βάσης δεδομένων υποψηφίων.
  • Συμμετοχή στις διαδικασίες onboarding νέων υπαλλήλων.
  • Οργάνωση και παρακολούθηση εκπαιδευτικών προγραμμάτων και σεμιναρίων.
  • Προετοιμασία αναφορών και στατιστικών στοιχείων για τις προσλήψεις.
  • Υποστήριξη των καθημερινών λειτουργιών του τμήματος HR.

Requirements

💼 Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο σε Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων, Ανθρώπινου δυναμικού, Ψυχολογία ή συναφή τομέα.
  • 1-2 χρόνια επαγγελματικής εμπειρίας σε θέση HR ή Recruitment.
  • Καλή γνώση MS Office
  • Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών (γραπτός και προφορικός λόγος).
  • Οργανωτική και αναλυτική σκέψη, ικανότητα ιεράρχησης προτεραιοτήτων.
  • Δυναμική, επικοινωνιακή προσωπικότητα με θετική ενέργεια και πρωτοβουλία.
