The HR Specialist will play a critical role in managing and enhancing our human resources operations to support our company’s growth and innovation in a fast-paced sector. This position involves collaborating closely with various departments to implement effective HR strategies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. As an essential member of our HR team, you will contribute to talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and training initiatives designed to optimize employee engagement and productivity. Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with telecommunications industry standards.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations to mitigate legal risks.
  • Coordinate employee performance appraisal processes and provide guidance on development plans.
  • Handle employee relations issues and mediate conflict resolution to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Organize and conduct training sessions and professional development programs.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare regular reports on HR metrics for management review.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and conflict management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work independently under tight deadlines.
