HR Support

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding & Employee Records

  • Review and process new hire forms, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate
  • Manually enter new hire information into Lyric HR following completion of ICIMS onboarding
  • Conduct post‑onboarding reviews to confirm all system requirements are met and properly processed in Lyric HR
  • Build and maintain employee positions for new hires and position/status changes, including minor corrections without full rebuilds
  • Process and manage offer letters for new hires and employee changes, ensuring accuracy and compliance

Compliance & Employment Verification

  • Complete Form I‑9 verification for corporate‑hired employees, including Section 2 via the ADP portal
  • Review E‑Verify results to ensure community‑level compliance
  • Maintain accurate and compliant employment documentation in accordance with company policy and labor regulations

Employee Changes, Terms & Offboarding

  • Review termination forms and coordinate with Payroll for final pay processing
  • Once Payroll processing is complete, manually enter and finalize termination records in Lyric HR
  • Review and process employee change requests, ensuring all approvals and required information are completed before manual system updates
  • Respond to rehire eligibility and employment status inquiries from operational communities

Labor Law & Policy Support

  • Demonstrate working knowledge of state and local labor laws, including:
  • Termination rules
  • Overtime regulations
  • California (CA) and Nevada (NV) penalty pay requirements
  • California reporting time rules
  • Additional hours in lieu of work
  • Severance guidelines
  • Ability to locate and reference applicable labor laws as needed to support HR decisions

Reporting & Systems

  • Generate and maintain dated compliance reports and ad hoc HR reports as required
  • Navigate and manage HR and timekeeping systems including ADP Lyric, UKG, and Kronos
  • Ensure data accuracy across all systems and support audits or internal reviews as needed

Stakeholder Support & Communication

  • Communicate effectively with internal communities regarding HR requests, corrections, and process updates
  • Provide clear guidance on employee data changes, rehire requests, and compliance requirements
  • Support cross‑functional teams with HR documentation and reporting needs

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in HR operations, onboarding, or employee lifecycle management
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple HR transactions simultaneously
  • Working knowledge of US labor laws (multi‑state preferred)
  • Hands‑on experience with ADP Lyric, UKG, and Kronos preferred
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
