＜Digital Center of Excellenceチームのミッション＞

Digital Center of Excellenceチームのミッションは、高い生産性とガバナンスを両立するコーポレート業務・システムを創り続けることです。

今回ご入社いただく方には、Corporate IT部門と人事部門との間の架け橋となり、人事情報システム (HRIS) の効果的な導入、最適化、運用を主導する役割を担っていただきます。主要な人事プロセス（オンボーディング、評価報酬、給与勤怠管理、研修など）の効率化と改善のため、システムの機能がビジネスニーズを満たしていることを目指します。

メルカリはすでに完成された会社と思われるかもしれません。しかし、この急成長を支える組織や経営の意思決定は時々刻々と変化しており、まだまだ完成とは言い切れない状態です。メルカリグループの成長をさらに加速させるには、どんな仕組みが必要か、立ちはだかる課題は何かなど、ゼロから考え仕組みを構築していくことが求められます。その大きなミッションに対してコミットする気概こそ、メルカリのコーポレート部門に求められるマインドです。

メルカリのDigital Center of Excellenceチームは、「コーポレート関連業務のルール化/システム化」「業務の見直しを含めた業務プロセスの最適化」「データの整備」を推進しています。

業務内容

具体的な業務内容は下記のとおりです。

  • システム・プロセス分析および要件定義
  • 人事・組織発令のリード: 組織変更や異動計画といった複雑な人事・組織発令のプロセスを把握し、システム面での影響分析と取りまとめを主導する
  • ビジネス要件の収集と文書化: 人事部またはその他関係する部署から依頼と法令・規制（日本の労働法など）の変更に対応するための要件を詳細にヒアリングし、ビジネス要件定義書にまとめる
  • ギャップ分析: 既存のシステム機能とビジネス要件との間のギャップを特定し、カスタマイズ、設定変更、またはプロセス変更による解決策を提案する
  • HRIS設定、実装およびテスト
  • システム設定 (Workday/Workcloud): 承認された要件に基づき、Workday (特にCore HCM、組織構成、タレント管理、評価報酬モジュール) およびWorkcloud (勤怠、スケジュール関連) のシステム設定のスケジュールを策定・実装・運用改善を実施する
  • システム連携管理: WorkdayとWorkcloud間、およびその他の関連システムとのデータ連携（インテグレーション）の設計、監視、問題解決をサポートする
  • 品質保証 (UAT): ユーザー受け入れテスト (UAT) の計画、テストシナリオの作成、実行、不具合の追跡を行い、システム変更の品質を保証する
  • 運用・サポートおよびデータガバナンス
  • 発令データ管理: 人事発令・組織発令後のシステム反映プロセスを監督し、Workdayの組織階層、ポジション、従業員データが正確かつタイムリーな更新を保証する
  • サポート: エンドユーザーや人事担当者からのHRIS関連の複雑な問い合わせや技術的な課題の迅速な解決
  • データ整合性の維持: HRIS内のデータの正確性、一貫性、セキュリティを維持するためのデータガバナンス施策を推進する

  • 求める経験・スキル
  • メルカリグループおよび各カンパニーのミッションとバリューに共感していただける方
  • HRISの専門知識 (3年以上): HRIS Business Analystまたは関連ポジションでの実務経験
  • Workday HCM経験: Workday HCMの導入、設定、または運用サポートの経験（特にCore HCM、組織管理、ビジネスプロセス設定）
  • 勤怠管理システム経験: Workcloud など、勤怠管理システムの理解または運用経験
  • 人事・組織発令の理解: 日本の人事発令・組織変更のプロセス（異動、昇格、組織コード変更など）に関する実務知識
  • 高い倫理観と公平性、機密保持を徹底する姿勢
  • 感情的な状況での冷静さ、客観的な判断力
  • コミュニケーション力と影響力（マネジメント、従業員、関連部門と効果的に連携するため）
  • 歓迎する経験・スキル
  • 人事部門での幅広い業務経験（HRBP、HR Operations, HR Planningなど）
  • メンバーマネジメントの経験（目安として3年以上）
  • Workday Integration (EIB, Studio) の知識や開発経験
  • データ分析、レポーティングの経験（Workday Report Writer, BIツールなど）
  • プロジェクト管理（PM）またはChange Managementの経験
  • 多国籍環境での業務経験
  • 語学力
  • 日本語：Proficient (CEFR - C1) 必須
  • 英語：Basic (CEFR - B2) 歓迎
