d2m Services recrute pour l’un de ses clients, acteur international des services maritimes et offshore, un(e) Manager HSE – Flotte Maritime.

Vous accompagnez les équipages et les équipes à terre dans le respect des exigences HSE de l’entreprise et de ses clients. Vous contribuez au suivi de la performance HSE de l’activité et animez une équipe de Coordinateurs et d’Officiers HSE.

Vos missions

  • Contribuer au développement et à l’évolution des standards HSE, suivre le niveau de conformité et piloter les indicateurs de performance (KPI)
  • Participer à la définition du plan annuel HSE et des objectifs de l’activité
  • Être l’interlocuteur HSE des clients, décliner leurs exigences et assurer le suivi des actions et reportings associés
  • Déployer les campagnes, outils et initiatives HSE auprès des équipes à terre et à bord des navires
  • Préparer et consolider les reportings et statistiques HSE de votre périmètre
  • Réaliser des visites à bord des navires et auprès des équipes et installations à terre, y compris à l’international
  • Participer à la préparation et au suivi du budget HSE de votre périmètre
  • Contribuer aux investigations d’incidents, analyser les causes et assurer le suivi des actions correctives jusqu’à leur clôture
  • Préparer les présentations et reportings à destination des interlocuteurs internes et externes
  • Manager et accompagner les Coordinateurs et Officiers HSE de votre périmètre
  • Apporter votre soutien aux équipages et au management dans la gestion des situations d’urgence, des cellules de crise et des cas médicaux
  • Développer et déployer des actions de communication, de formation et de sensibilisation HSE
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le management de la flotte et les équipes opérationnelles
  • Représenter la direction HSE dans différents comités et instances externes lorsque nécessaire

Requirements

Profil recherché

  • Formation supérieure Master I ou II en HSE, QHSES ou équivalent
  • Vous justifiez d’une expérience significative dans une fonction HSE, idéalement acquise dans un environnement maritime, offshore ou Oil & Gas
  • Une expérience au sein d’un armateur constitue un atout
  • Solide connaissance des standards, indicateurs et méthodes HSE
  • Bonne connaissance des référentiels maritimes et Oil & Gas, notamment ISM et ISPS
  • Expérience en management d’équipe et animation de collectifs de travail
  • Solides capacités d’analyse, rigueur et capacité d’adaptation
  • Excellentes qualités relationnelles et aisance dans l’animation de réunions
  • Très bonne maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’écrit comme à l’oral
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques, notamment Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook et Power BI
  • Disponibilité pour des déplacements à bord des navires et auprès des équipes à terre, y compris à l’international
