Learning & Development Duties:
- Compile Total Company Training Plan
- Development of Training Calendar
- Deploying trainings Initiate and monitor Cornerstone modules completion status within timelines
- Creation of training modules in Conerstone
- Weekly reminders to be sent out to ensure completion status
- Review OJT Training with Service Trainer
- Develop In-house course materials
- Conduct In-house and Global training initiatives
- Coordinate external training, especially certifications and license (OFA, SWHPP)
- Application and Management of Government and Training Grants
- Explore and Apply Partnerships with schools for internships and other collaboration
- Support ISO, SQC Certifications
- Maintain proper training records for ISO, SQC certification audits
- Application and Renewal of NEA licenses
- Raise Purchase Orders and Payment Request
- Lead townhall sessions
- Weekly HR Employee Induction to new joiners and monitor functional induction plan progress
- Identify training needs for teams and individuals
- Launch Performance Management training and review exercise for Operations team.
- Sole accountability for all L&D activities and timelines
- Support SHE in training administration (Assist with course registration, uploading SHE Training in e-learning platform and course payment)
Other HR Duties:
- Provide advice to employees and manage the activities pertaining to industrial relations, employee grievances, conduct and discipline
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
- Covering Exit interviews
- Educate the People Managers and employees on policy/ system changes and implications, as well as understand and gather their feedback and input
- Acts as the Communication channel for HR
- Management of RISG HR Social Media Account and Glassdoor review
- Any other duties assigned by HR Director / HR Manager
Requirements
- Proven experience (3+ years) in learning and development, training, or a related HR role.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and learning management systems (LMS).
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports to assess training effectiveness.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with e-learning platforms.
- Language proficiency in Malay or Mandarin is an advantage.
