Responsibilities
- Provide detailed all-source HUMINT targeting support against a hard target topic, including in-depth analysis that supports operational planning and target knowledge
- Ensure analytical and targeting efforts align with valid HUMINT requirements
- Focus analysis to identify, assist, and enhance HUMINT collection operations and operational planning
- Apply a range of analytical methodologies to targeting requirements to identify critical nodes within a network and their relationship to the topic
- Leverage the multi-INT community in support of targeting efforts
- Research and assess potential targets for HUMINT collection using specialized HUMINT targeting methodologies
- Produce Targeting Packages (TPs), using client systems and processes to receive field-generated requests and track production status
- Conduct analysis using critical intelligence databases, including Think Analyze Connect (TAC), Terrorist Identities Datamart Environment (TIDE), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) databases, Managed Attribution Systems (MAS), Quantum Leap Intelligence Exchange (QLIX), KaCHING, Palantir, and other investigative databases
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph
- 8 years of directly related experience
- Completion of at least one of the following courses (or Title 50 equivalent):
- Fundamental HUMINT Targeting Course (FHTC)
- Advanced HUMINT Targeting Course or Target Network Profiling Course (TNPC)
- Operational HUMINT Targeting Course (OHTC)
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- HUMINT operational background directly supporting or conducting full-spectrum strategic HUMINT operations (above MSO)
- Experience providing HUMINT support to Task Force (TF) or Special Operations Forces (SOF) elements
- Experience supporting strategic foreign intelligence collection against hard target (non-CT) issues
